Upon seeing an advertisement on ********* I placed an order with Glucotrust back on 8.29.23 for 3 bottles of their product that is supposed to lower your blood sugar. (Order 5VDZDX7X) At that time they offered 6 additional bottles at a more discounted better offer. I chose to do so due to their 100% guarantee that if the product does not meet the guarantee expressed results I could return the products, empty and full bottles within 180 days, I would be refunded 100% of the paid amount.I notified (Glucotrust) on Feb 8th, well in advance the product did nothing for me. At that time, I received an email from Adem Naturals at that time they tried offering me a partial payment of $175.50 if I kept the product and continued using it for the full 180 days, because sometimes it takes longer use of the product to get the full results. They said, however, if you still wish to return the product, they understand and would issue my full refund, if I returned all bottles, opened and unopened, to their ***** E ************************************ They said once they receive the package, they would refund the amount in my account for purchase within 3-5 business days. I returned the product as described, didn't hear from them, but once I did, they said they tried refunding my funds, but the system would not allow them to do so because of the length of time from date of purchase. I was told to contact PayPal. I contacted PayPal, and they said I had to go through my credit card company. Now First Card said I have to go through the company I purchased the product from!!!Everyone is dropping the ball. Especially Glucotrust, aka Maximum Edge Nutrition, aka Buy Goods, aka Adem Naturals. The refund amounts were: $174.00 + $177.00 for a total of $351.00 I am a senior citizen who cannot afford to be out this kind of money for a product that did not work, and I followed the instructions for return with proof of delivery to no avail!I have documentations if needed ***********************Customer Answer

Ordered Glucotrust 08/09/2023 from their online store. *********************** at getglucotrust dot com. Then there was an unauthorized charge of $294 for a thing called 365 Daily Detox Greens. I did not authorize and purchase of this. After seeing the second charge I called and cancelled the order for both the glucotrust and the greens. Was told to refuse the packages when delivered. So **** took the packages **** and shipped them back to them. They did refund the $300Plus for the Glucotrust But they did not refund for the Detox green stuff which was not authorized.. So this *********************** is their scam artist.Initial Complaint

Transaction date 09/02/2023 ordered glucotrust 6bottle for $294.00. Turned down their offer for daily detox greens and nervoplus for an additional $306.95 talking to ****** (salesperson). When received order the total was $600.95. Phoned ******, he claims misunderstanding on HIS part and ******* to take care of refund. On 09/12/2023 I returned ALL the products at MY expense ($12.90 tracking #**** **** **** **** **** 25) My Discover card was credited $294.00 leaving a balance of $306.95) Phoned 9/25.2023 spoke to ****** and after heated discussion agree to return ALL of the remaining balance within 3 to 5 working days. **** wanted to charge me for the shipping cost of $12.95 for items I DID NOT order. Research on this company found that Adem Naturals, Maximum Edge Nutrition and Buy Goods 302-200-3480DE all show the same address and appears to be attempting to confuse consumers on questions and refunds. At best, their business practices are SHADY.Customer Answer

I have been trying to reach this business since June 2, 2022. Clickbank ************** are the ones who handled the transaction. The order numbers are DTQCUQ8P and DTQCUQXG. The tracking number was 92612902712121543403897611.The carrier was **** I want to send the 12 bottles back and get a FULL refund as I have 6 months to do so from the date of purchase. I had questions regarding my orders and I tried to reach the company but the company does not seem to exist as I am unable to reach them by phone, by email or by US mail. I feel this is a scam because this company in UNREACHABLE. They took my money, sent me a product and told me I could send it back for a FULL refund but the problem is there is NO where to send it back to and NO one to speak to resolve this problem. I am also now wondering because this is not on the up and up, what is actually in the product? Is that a scam too?
