I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration with the unethical practices I have encountered at Laramie AutoGlass, specifically involving Jacob and the business owner on record, Stephen Pence.

During a routine windshield replacement visit on October 5, 2023, my vehicle antenna was broken off by Jacob. Shockingly, rather than informing me of the incident, Jacob attempted to conceal the damage by hastily taping up the antenna. This failure to disclose damage is deeply troubling and speaks to a blatant disregard for customer trust.

I have worked to communicate estimates, asked for Venmo transfer of funds to cover repair [not even covering scratch damage to hood per my first email sent (see communication records)].

Once I tracked down the extent of damage and initiated calls, covering repair cost of damage was initially agreed to by Jacob, as he admitted breaking and taping my antenna, and later by Stephen but no follow through has happened.

Upon discovering the damage and presenting estimates for the necessary repairs, I have experienced a disturbing pattern of behavior from Jacob. He consistently utilized manipulative tactics, such as claiming he needed to transfer funds from a different account even though he had a week to be ready. These actions are indicative of bad faith dealings and a refusal to take responsibility for the damage caused during service.

When he seemed incapable of following through, I reached out to the owner on record, Stephen, but he also proved to operate in bad faith. (See communication records.)

I have attached supporting documentation, including photographs, repair estimates, and communication records, to substantiate my claims. The evidence clearly highlights Laramie AutoGlass and owner on record Stephen Pence's failure to uphold ethical standards as a business.

I kindly request that the Better Business intervention is necessary to address the issues I have outlined.

    Thank you
