  This place is a total scam and operates on unethical business practices and I am being charged $1,500 for services they never provided. This place should be shut down. TERRIBLE customer service, and honestly just not good people as a whole. Wouldnt treat my worst enemy the way they treated my family there.

  This place is a total and complete freaking joke. It is so run down and neglected from the minute you drive in. I know it is a ranch, but I know there are way better ranches out there. From the office, the rooms and the whole outside areas what a dusty, dirty freaking dump. It was too late to leave so we had to stay 1 night of 2 and left the next morning. I asked for a refund but was told no. I booked this dump through booking.com and have complained to them also. We had to change rooms due to outlets not working. I have more working outlets in my truck than this room had. The smell was overwhelming. the flies and bugs were terrible. Trucks in the parking area full of horse shit. No outdoor lights in the area. So, at night it was pitch dark. Signs posted warning of bears. Stairs and had railing up to room were in very bad shape. Boardwalk that was in front of room had broken and missing boards. Outlets without covers. Very poor lighting in rooms. Had to use camp light to see better. Only had 1 small end table, 1 short, small bench and 1 small log chair. No real place to put suitcases. No table & chair or no desk to place personal things on or do like eye contacts. If I could put negative number on this rating I would (-25) Old guy who I asked for a refund acted like he could care less. These places need to be inspected and removed from the booking sites. They need to back the placed they advertise on their sites. I have told booking.com about this all and have told my credit card company and the ranch itself with no word from them at all. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK AND STAY HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE A VERY LOW STANDARD OF PLACE YOU WOULD STAY. THIS WAS A TOTAL AND COMPLETE FREAKING JOKE FROM THE GET-GO. IT IS A DUMP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! STATE OF WYOMING SHOULD INSPECT THEM AND CLOSE THEM DOWN.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Please do not stay here. The view is breathtaking. The service was so so bad. We arrived to check in and many residents including us, had no running water in our room. This lasted until the middle of the next day. At no time did any staff ask if we wanted/needed water. There was running water at the restaurant. We stayed in one of the upper cabins where we could hear the people next door ( shared wall) which included audible snoring. I emailed management twice asking for some compensation ( free breakfasts maybe?) and I have no response. I am very open minded and flexible and this was too much.

  Stay away from Heart Six Ranch. Rooms are dirty and unkept. Light fixture was hanging out if the ceiling. While we waited for the light fixture to be fixed, we sat on the bed and discovered another disappointment. The quilt had multiple body hairs and discovered more on the sheets, along with stains. Customer is atrocious. Asked for a refund but, they can't and won't refund expense.

  If I could give a 0 I would. I cancelled my end of June reservation in May due to job loss. I knew we wouldnt be able to afford it. I was still charged almost $700. I have called twice and emailed 3 times for my refund and have heard nothing.

  The Heart Six Ranch is not as they portray. During our two night stay (booked for three) we experienced incredibly rude workers, unclean rooms that do not even provide such basic amenities as hand soap in the bathroom, walls with holes in them, and an unsecure room with a broken doorknob which the ranch "could do nothing about'. This place preys on tourists who don't know any better and are hundreds of miles from home by the time they realize any better. Their cafe, the only establishment offering food within 40 minutes, has incredibly high prices and terrible food (no bar as advertised but $8 for a canned beer, $18 for a frozen patty or lunch meat sandwich, $5 for a non re-fillable cup of coffee) in an environment coated with a layer of dust and grease. Lastly, and most unforgivably, the room hosted not only us but a team of either fleas or bed bugs (worker insisted it was probably mosquitoes biting us because bed bugs don't exist on Wyoming, these were NOT mosquito bites, and it was an insult to suggest).
  After telling them about their bug problem we were told, "you are not getting a refund" (didn't ask for one, just wanted them to know), and promptly hung up on. We were refused contact with the manager and/or owner.
  Beware the Heart Six Ranch. Spend the extra money to stay ANYWHERE else.
