    We hired *********************** of R C Plumbing and Heating to complete plumbing in our deceased daughters home and gave him a $2,000 deposit to start the work. He had none of his own equipment so we needed to rent an excavator from ******** **************** for $855.56 so he could begin the process. He dug the trench but never came back to finish. After waiting for him for quite some time, we had the excavator picked up. He said he wanted it for another week at our expense. We told him he would have to pay for it himself, which he declined. We purchased a shower from Ace Hardware for $582.39, a 1,287 gallon Cistern for $2,340.93 from **************** a Septic Tank from Bradford ******* a 60 x 72 Well Pit from *************** for $804.87, which they were able to ************* refunded us that money. I asked *********************** to return $1,500 of the $2,000 deposit since he wasnt coming back and his response was Not going to happen. He was to install a septic tank and a cistern tank which we purchased, and complete the plumbing inside our daughters home. We also bought a commode, and all the necessary plumbing materials, but he never came back to finish the job. Nothing was done by ***********************. He lied about getting a Perk test done with ***********, necessary to begin the installation of the Septic and *******. We were told by Park County that there was no record of him doing the Perk test and the cost would be $250 instead of the $25 fee **** told us it would be. We tried suing him and had the ****** Sheriff serve him the summons to appear in court on Wednesday, July 24, 2024, but when they tried to contact him, a person there said he didnt live there. Were still trying to find him but dont know where he is.
