      Man, is this a one-star truly needed on this place. PLEASE stay away and take your business somewhere else. I have purchased two vehicles from this place that have resulted in nothing but issues. I understand that used vehicles come with issues, and that's a given. That's not the issue. The issue is their service department and warranty contracts. My truck ran into major issues that were covered under warranty. I did not realize that the warranty had a deductible of 100 dollars, but that's ok. I was willing to pay. However, when I took my truck in the service manager had told me that there was a part that wouldn't be covered from the previous time it was in their shop and that he would call me that Friday with a price and update on my vehicle. From the day I dropped off the truck til today (********) that I picked up the truck, there was no communication from them except to bring back their loaner car and pick up my truck. Prior communication on this day, he was to remove the not covered part and put the old one back on and leave the deductible. This was not done. When I went to pick up my truck, I asked about this, and he proceeded to yell at me and curse at me. When this was brought to the owner, ******** attention. ****** then proceeded to laugh in my face, yell at me, threaten me, and even get in my face, cursing in front of the whole dealership, pointing his finger. Needless to say, I had to pay the amount so I could get my truck back. avoid this scam of a company at all costs.

      I'm currently purchasing a 2017 ***** Malibu. I took it in to have a routine oil change and they drained the oil and didn't put oil back in so my engine seized up plus ******** was fixing a couple things and drained all my transmission fluid out and I didn't know anything about it. I'll never do business with this business again

      I was lied to about being co-signer with my son-in-law. He must not have qualified for the loan so the dealership (***********************, sales mgr) put me as primary without my knowledge or consent. Dealership really wanted thus sale to go through because of the ridiculous over price. Price on the vehicle was $8000 over high ***** They are very dishonest. Please contact me for any further info you might need! No stars!
