I Bought my 2013 **** explorer in late June. Within 2 months (didn't even have plates) it was undrivable for an issue that they should've saw before I bought the car. The water pump was already fried and ruined from months before. The Warrenty they gave me didn't cover that and the only way they would cover it is if I towed my own car up there. With the promise of gas (didn't get) there and to get home and I had to pay for all and a ******. The gentleman payed for gas on the way home after I had to throw a fit. And now. Less then a month later. My car is unable to start for an issue I now have to go spend more money on. After $150 for a diagnostics for the first time. The ******. Gas. And now have to probably fork a couple more hundred in it?! Isn't ok with me at all. They're no help. Rude. I'm not the only one who has issues including my boyfriend who they sold a crappy truck to and then RAISED his prices a MONTH after signing paper work with a $200 increase. This place is awful and no one should ever buy a car there.

Hi Clay, My name is Mitch G****** the Finance Manager at Standard Motor. I spoke with ***** on Friday about her starter problem along with the warranty company and they are paying for her starter to be replaced. She did buy the car as is, but we did fix her water pump for her out of our own pocket. As far as her boyfriends monthly payment going up that was a computer glitch in our program that didn’t add the interest rate into the loan, in which we explaid and showed him that . If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.

I am rejecting this response because: Having the car for only 4-5 months I shouldn’t have had ANY of these issues tho and a long with my boyfriends trucks payments you raised it over $200 over. But his truck having issues as well. You sold us crappy cars all around that we will now pay out of pocket for still. This is the worse experience I’ve ever had with a car. The only reason you “talked” to me is cause I was trying to cancel the warranty to try and trade it the crap car I got. But it’s ok. We got it figured out. I’d not accept that response tho. These are issues that should’ve been done on the “inspections” y’all do so well. So thanks for your time.

    Regards,
