    I was allowed to order and pay for a pizza delivery online. Then they called me and said they couldn’t deliver it and would not give me a refund. They blamed it on ********. However there are signs on the business window promoting delivery. **** **** has nothing to do with their website. Since I had no ability to pick it up myself, they insisted I had to call my credit card company and cancel the transaction. This is quite the scam
