    I gave this company a $4000 deposit in June. After repeated calls they brought shingles and stored them on my lawn a month ago. After two weeks and another call they stored them on my roof but did not install them. The shingles were exposed to the weather, including snow, and I do not know if that damaged them. Regardless, the shingles are still stored on my roof, uninstalled. I need them to finish the job.

    I am rejecting this response because: I filed a complaint on this company with you last week and accepted their promise to come November 8th and finish the job, but they have still not shown up to finish. They have shingles stacked on my roof but have not attached them. If they don't finish soon it will be winter. I want them to finish the job they contracted to do in June.

    We were on our way to Bruce Bulman job on Tuesday Morning November the 8th when our dump truck broke down and had to get it towed to a mechanic. Waiting on update from mechanic to what is wrong and time frame in which it will be repaired. We need dump truck to throw old shingles into it and haul it to the dump. The new shingles have been delivered roof top and we will start job as soon as dump truck is fixed. I am not an mechanic and rely on a mechanic to fix my vehicles.
