    Vechile was worked on Dec 16 for my power steering . Vechile wasnt done by the time they said it was going to be done . I get the vechile back after repairs have been made . Vechile was making loud noises . I told the buisness for them to make no replys . Than a couple of days later I noticed there was a leak happening. I contacted the buisness after doing further investigation and seeing that my motor cover was missing , that there was a power steering leak that was not there before, as well as my car was making vibration now. Buisness got back in contact with me telling me that where not going to fix it , that the leak for power steering was already there but they werent there to fix that just replace the pump . They said that allegedly other business and the buisness prior to them that worked on my car had worked on it . I let them know that I hadnt taken my car to other places for them to contact with this shop as well as they hadnt made contact with who worked on my car prior as I made contact to ask them . I also have estimates from a buisness prior to them working on it and they do not state I have a leak or that a leak needs fixed. Yet if a leak was noticed for the pump , they made no knowledge of it to me , they did not call and ask if they can repair it as it would be pointless to repair the pump without fixing the hose , was not notified of any of this even upon pick up of a vechile. Now further problems are happening with and to my car .

    Customer brought their vehicle to us to warranty a power steering pump. After we had the pump out, we took the pump up to OReilly to trade for the  warranty pump. ******* said they did not have a pump under her name. We called the customer to find out what was going on. She then informed us that she put the pump under another mechanic shops name which was ***************. We contacted OReilly back and they informed us that this part for this particular customer had already been warranties seven times from the last several months. OReilly was reluctant and giving us the part to warranty again. After speaking with them for quite some time, they said they will warranty the part for us because of our business relationship with them, but they absolutely will not warranty this part again for this customer. By this time, it was 4:30 in the afternoon and we close at 5:00 PM. There was not time to complete this job due to the warranty issue with the pump. The job was completed about 10:00 AM the next day. When the customer picked up her vehicle, we informed her that there was a small power steering leak and she told us that she knew about it. We then sent a message a couple of days later to check in with her. She said the steering was great. She then sent us a message saying that we did not put her motor cover back on. The technician who worked on the vehicle said it did not have a motor cover when it came in and we did search through the shop just to make sure we did not have one sitting around. The customer also said the vehicle was vibrating in her message, which would not have anything to do with replacing the power steering pump. We did not notice that vibration as we did not take it on a test drive for replacing the power steering pump. The customer also mentioned the leak again. We asked the customer to bring the vehicle back in just to make sure everything with the power steering pump was done correctly. The customer did not show up for her appointment and did not call to reschedule.
