So this is one of those companies that you enter your vin of a vehicle to check the service history and title status of a vehicle and initially it said it was a free but after filling all the required fields it wanted 1$ to get your report which is is fine I understand they need to charge for their services to which I agreed and after paying the 1$ I got my report which was exactly as advertised. But the following day I got charged with a 25$ fee. This fee was not as shown in anything I agreed to and even when I logged into my account(that I had no idea I had) to see if I accidentally signed up for a subscription the website said I had not signed up for one to even be Charged for when I tried to cancel it. I tried to write a review to warn others of the potential scam and theres not even a way to leave a review and the only information I found about this company being a scam was through Reddit that they were charging after the fact a ridiculous fee. At the end of the day I would love a refund but more importantly than that I would like their customers be aware of this fee before agreeing to terms . I have emailed them with no luck and calling them has gotten me no where and hopefully something can be done to prevent this.

I was looking to see if there was a recall on my Chrysler van and I went through all the prompts on this site to get my report. It said to wait 45 seconds up to 90 seconds to get my report, but after a few minutes, I didn't receive anything. I entered all my debit card information and my address.I am worried that it was a scam. I only paid $1 for the report, but they never charged it yet as of 10:43 EST on August 10, 2024.
