      I canceled my membership and they still billed my card! I canceled in November and still got billed in December I attempted to contact the business several times and I could only leave messages. The manager finally returned my calls and wouldnt do anything no credit or anything. I also asked to get in contact with her supervisor or the owner to handle this situation she wouldnt give me any information or number to call on top of them lying about services like being able to use the self-serve wash bays with my membership and I had to use my card for that as well. all around poor business practice and customer service
