    We had a new heating and A/C system installed this summer. I was amazed at the great work and customer service, from every person I met or spoke to at Kosma. These folks are some of the nicest people and most professional folks that I have met. My experience makes me think that if more businesses were half as upstanding as Kosma, they would live long and prosper. Unfortunately, in my experience this is not the case in many situations. I am so glad we made the right pick with these folks.
