On March 13, 2025, I paid BusinessGrowR LLC $8,280 via credit card for a done-for-you marketing campaign. The service was promised to begin shortly after payment. However, despite multiple follow-ups, I received no deliverables, no communication updates, and no work product. Weeks later, I was told someone at their company left, and the work would be delivered the next dayit never was. This cycle repeated multiple times with no results. When I disputed the charge with my credit card provider, BusinessGrowR claimed the service was delivered but provided no actual proofonly a self-authored letter and a copy of the contract. No campaign materials, assets, or communications demonstrating work performed were ************ date, I have received zero services or deliverables. This constitutes a clear breach of contract. I sent a formal demand letter on May 17, 2025, requesting a refund, with a deadline of June 1, 2025, before pursuing legal remedies. That deadline is approaching with no response.

Here is a loom link showing that we did provide our deliverables far earlier than the complaint date: https://www.loom.com/share/47e8ed6d0f2749a697722d1cc2d08b1e

We helped this client with his video sales letter, his high value content offer (lead magnet) prior to the date of releasing 2 funnels (Link In Bio / 1st HVCO Funnel Respectively) on March 26th and April 6th. Once we finished all his backend automations connecting his Whop membership statuses to his CRM, his link in bio page, his sales pages, his lead magnet automations, his onboarding email automations, and his churn automations for his community, we showed them to him and days/weeks later he requested a refund on the service although we had already delivered on our side.

We also gave him access to our $5k course and he watched 100% of it before requesting his refund.

We did not not and by our policy could not refund this client as we:

    1. Delivered on our contracted deliverables & allocated our team and resources to complete our service before the date of the refund request and complaint

    2. Suspected malicious activity from the client, since it's possible he waited for everything to be finished, had full access to IP, and watched literally 100% of our course THEN requested a refund.

I am rejecting this response because:

I didn't buy a course, it's irrelevant that they gave it to me to watch. I paid for marketing services which were not delivered in a timely manner based on what was promised to me. I have access to none of the things presented in the video, so how do I benefit from my $8,280 investment Andy?

But don't worry Andy, I kept all of the communication. Attached shows that I demanded a refund, strangely enough, on the same day you say you "presented" these materials to me. But I have all of the communication stating otherwise, and that you tried to cancel our meeting for you to present the materials. The only thing you showed me a poorly designed landing page which took over a month for you to do, after multiple delays, all documented in the communications. The mangaer Isaak working on my account,  you had no clue where we even were with my account (nothing was done), and my project have nothing done. It's all there.

None of these "automations" were presented to me, nor do I have access to them now for the money I paid. And the attached communication is the exact day it appears this work was scrambled to be put together. Are they even good? I have no idea because I've never read them if they exist. I stand to benefit from zero of this work, none of this was used, or is being used. Give me my money back.

    Regards,

    Chris Heuwetter
