    I started a subscription for a product this company manufactures and sells in August 2024. The product was not effective. When the 2nd supply of the product was delivered and I was charged, I tried to submit a return and claim a refund. The website's return page is no longer working. The phone is also not working. I proceeded to mail the product back (of which they have received) and am still waiting for my $89.03 refund. They have emailed messages saying they will contact me within 24 hours, but I have not heard from them directly nor received my refund. They will not respond to my email inquiries. Everything else on their site works, allowing customers to buy the product. However, proper communication with customers is not occurring.

    I had a subscription order I tried to cancel. They told me it was too late to cancel but I could deny delivery and return to sender and they would process my refund. I tried to cancel in 8/25 they shipped it on 8/26 and I received it on 9/3 and returned it on 9/4. I reached out on 10/7 because I haven’t received the refund and they said they would look into it. Now they are no longer responding to my emails. There is no phone number to call.
