    On July 23 2022, I purchased 5 bottles of Aphro-D from their website, for $216.00.Part of the reason I purchased the bottles, even though I wasn't fully sure if I wanted them, was that Aphro-D's website has a very large and strongly worded money-back guarantee in the middle of their homepage. (It's still there now, as of this writing.)The guarantee reads:"Youre Fully Protected With Our 100% Money-Back Guarantee Your order today is protected by our 365-Day 100% Money-Back Guarantee.If youre not 100% satisfied with Aphro-D for any reason then in the next 365 days let us know and well refund you all of your investment. Yes, that's right Youll get ALL YOUR MONEY BACK. So there is ZERO RISK in trying Aphro-D today."Note the lack of asterisk, disclaimer, etc. So I figured, hey, zero risk. Let's try it.On Sept 13 2022, I decided I wasn't satisfied with the purchase, and emailed Aphro-D asking for a refund according to the above guarantee.On Sept 19, I received a reply from a rep asking me my reason for the refund, and asking if I'd just like to freeze my subscription rather than cancel it. The rep also said that I can get a refund if I ship the bottles back to them.We had a back and forth over email, but didn't reach a consensus; the reps were adamant that in order to receive a refund, I'd need to ship the bottles back to them (and looking at their full policy on a subpage in their website, I saw their actual "guarantee" involves the customer paying for shipping the bottles back, and a limit of 3 bottles refundedboth contradicting the "ZERO RISK" they advertise). They ignored/denied my explanations of how their website included false marketing, my request for a normal full refund without extra gimmicks attached, and my request for them to fix their false marketing.
