I bought one bottle of Keto diet for $59.85. I received a package with what appeared to be 6 bottles of something. I didn't know what it was so I took it to the *********** and told them I hadn't ordered this. So, they sent it back to the company. I talked with the company on three occasions and they said they had received the product. When I looked on my credit card statement I was charged for five-bottles instead of one, $259.70. So, I disputed the amount I was charged. The company said they would not refund me because I disputed the amount. So, my card company said I was responsible for the charge. If they got the product back unopened why aren't I'm getting a refund. Please help me understand if I'm misunderstanding. Thank you!Business Response

We are responding to Mr. ********* complaint regarding his orders pricing.
Mr. ******** purchased a $199.85 promotional bundle of Rapid Ripped Keto, receiving three bottles at $66.62 each, plus two free bottles, making the cost $39.97 per bottle. He also purchased ************ Detox for $59.85. These savings are clearly displayed on our packaging.
Mr. ******** filed a chargeback, which was resolved in our favor as the purchase was legitimate. However, as a courtesy, we issued a full refund of $259.70 via electronic check, to be processed within 7-10 business days and sent to his email, ******************************.

clicked on an offer for their product, and assumed a price (based on the screen) of $35. Order was changed and increased to $259. Cancellation was extremely difficult and required me to pay my own return postage (even though the product hadn't shipped yet when I cancelled the order). We are writing in response to Mr. ******** complaint regarding the pricing and structure of his order. We regret any inconvenience he encountered, and we take customer satisfaction seriously.
According to our records, Mr. ****** purchased a promotional bundle for $199.85, which included three bottles of the product. Each bottle was priced at $66.62, and as part of the promotion, we included two additional bottles for free. By dividing the total price of $199.85 by five, the cost per bottle was reduced to $39.97. He also purchased a separate order for for which he paid $59.85. We display this discounted price on our packaging to highlight the savings customers can enjoy by purchasing larger packages.
We understand that on 11/05/2024, Mr. ****** contacted us to cancel the order. Regrettably, the order had already been shipped and could not be canceled. Our representative informed him that he could return the package once it was received. Nonetheless, as a gesture of goodwill, our customer service representative processed a full refund on his purchase, amounting to $259.7, which was processed on 11/05/2024.
Please be advised that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in his account, depending on his financial institution's processing time.
We believe our actions demonstrate our good faith and commitment to resolving customer concerns. We hope this response clarifies the situation and helps rebuild trust with our customers.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I would like to note though, that the pricing in the website was deceptive, in that the offer stated the discounted price with free bottles and did not disclose that the discounted price was to be multiplied by all bottles (including the "free ones"). Second, once those bottles were ordered, the only way to complete the order was to buy the other 2 bottles of a different product that was not wanted, but there was no option to skip those additional bottles. Third, the total reflected on the screen at checkout, was a lower price than was actually charged, and the total price did not appear anywhere in the invoice confirmation emails. All three of these are deceptive practices.

I ordered a supplement from this company and opted out of everything and did not see anything about an automated subscription. They sent me more product and charged me $119+. I called to get a refund and they gave me an RMA # and I returned the product almost 3 weeks ago with no refund.Business Response

Based on records, you contacted our customer service to inquire about returning the package. You were provided an RMA number to return the package back to us but as of today that package has not been checked in so that is why no refund has been issued.

i ordered 2 jars of keto gummies from this business, EZZYFIT-BRANDS THAT WERE ADVERTISED FOR ***** WHEN GOING OVER MY BANK STATMENT I FOUND THAT THEY HAD ALSO CHARGED ME ****** FOR 5 ADDITIONAL JARS THAT I DID NOT ORDER OR APPROVE.
