    I purchased upfront $749.00 to this company for Trizipitide medication on 5/28/2025. Received 6/2/2025 near the end of the 1st month in a three month program I could see that I did not have enough medicine for the second month. I reached out through their chat bot system with my concerns. Come to find out after many days of trying to contact them, I was informed that no more medication would be sent, they had shipped the entire three vials. I only received one that was enough for the first month. They said their pharmacy verified all was sent, it was not! I have no reason to lie about this because I love the medicine and it's working for me. I have been distraught about this for the last week. They will not send more medication unless I pay an additional fee of $150. That is a scam because I already paid in full and they shorted me and trying to hustle more money out of me. I don't know how to resolve this with them because they don't answer the phone or put you in touch with a live person. It's all done through their texting system. I simply ******* remaining two vials to finish the program or reimburse me the $497 so I can move on from this - they are unwilling to work towards a solution and I'm out the money and the two remaining months of medication. I feel scammed by this company.

    RxPros reached out to me and refunded $498 to me and apologized for this error on their side. I am releasing this claim as it has reached a mutual agreement between RxPros and myself.

    I didn't see how to retract this claim, if there is something else I need to complete please let me know, I am happy comply to end this complaint.

    I joined on RxPros LLC weight loss on 5/26/25. To try and talk with someone on their phone numbers *************** and **************) is impossible. My phone call gets disconnected every time. I received the 3 month order on Wednesday 6/4/25. After I received the 3 month supply of the *********** Injections GLP-1 Order, on saturday 6/7/25, I ended up having a reaction (rapid pulse, dizziness, lightheadedness and a headache). I tried calling the above phone numbers to report the reactions. I could not get through on their above phone numbers. I kept getting disconnected. (I was scared with the reactions that I was having). The company says that there is 24/7 service for any questions or problems. I then sent two emails to the RxPros without any response. I then cancelled the *********** Injections GLP-1 on my portal. I was aware that for the 3 month committment for which I joined, and if I cancelled there would be a early termination fee of $199.97. Today I received an email stating from rxpros customer service that because i cancelled the 3 month committment that I would have to repurchases the desired plan. I will also have to fill out a new medical form, and the doctor will review it to prescribe the appropriate dosage. Once that's done, my treatment will continue as per my updated plan and request. I sent another email and told them that I wanted the early termination fee charged to my payment method today and that I want all of my personal information permanently deleted. I am willing to pay the early termination fee of $199.97, but it would be nice if I did not have to pay the early termination fee. I am not getting any response about my account being charged and all of my permanently information deleted. If I would not have to pay the $199.97 for the early termination fee, that would be great. I think that this is terrible that no one will get back to me about this issue. Please help.***** ***** ********************** ************

    I wanted to update you with rxpros llc.

    I finally received a response from rxpros LLC today.  I will include the messages that I have sent to rxpros llc and also the message that I received from rxpros llc.

    (6/7/25 Hi *****,  As per our records, you have paid for a 1-month supply of *********** at $199.97, and it has already been delivered. Your next billing date is scheduled for June 27, 2025. If you choose to proceed, we will ship your next months medication accordingly.  8:04 pm

    I already canceled my account on my portal. I am not going to continue with rxpros llc. Let me know if I owe any other money. I would appreciate it if you answer me right away.   8:09 pm

    I do not want any more *********** injections GLP-1 sent to my house.  8:11 pm

    I also want all of my personal information and my payment method information permanently deleted from rxpros llc files.  I want an email letting me know that my account with ********************** has been canceled and that all my information has been permanently deleted.  I want to hear back from rxpros regarding regarding this matter ASAP.  8:43 pm

    I believe that this matter can be closed.  I have already spoken to my credit card company (*************** one) to let them know that I have a complaint in with the BBB.  Venture One told me that I can dispute the transaction.  I did as you will see from these text messages ask rxpros llc to let me know if I owe any more money.  They never did give me an answer.
