      Don't use this person for anything. He was working on our build last year. While he was working for *********************. **** and ***** had a dispute and ***** didn't pay ****. But instead of **** taking it up with *****, he put a lien against our property. And never told us. We found out 9 months after the fact. Matt ********************** should have taken his issue up with the company he was working for, ********************* Construction... not us. We paid our bills for the build to *****. If ***** didn't pay ****, how are we responsible? **** put a lien against our property for something we didn't do and has caused us financial problems to tend to this issue.

      On June 15, 2023, We hired McMurdo Excavation and Construction to do some projects for our house in ***********. We made the first half of the payments. They were supposed to replace ******************** to be up to code and black color for bedrooms in the basement which includes new window *****. Add Black chain link fences and gates to the backyard. At first, the work was proceeding well then when it was partially done with one project. Then they asked for final payment to order another window and fence supply. Afterwards, all work projects stopped and they failed to properly communicate with us. To this day still haven't completed any projects and have been avoiding any communication with us. We wanted to avoid going to court over this. So far they aren't making any effort to resolve this. We will tell everyone to avoid this company and do business with someone else. They don't even deserve a one-star.
