    Sent 3.26.25: Dear Paragon,I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with your services and to demand immediate resolution regarding my inability to access the certificates of completion for the continuing education courses I paid for and completed on Sunday, March 23, 2025.Since that date, I have made multiple attempts to contact your company through your provided phone number, website, email, and even ********, yet I have received no assistance. The complete lack of customer service is not only unacceptable but raises concerns regarding the legitimacy of your operations.I paid for these courses with the reasonable expectation that I would receive timely access to my certificates, which are crucial for my professional requirements. Your failure to deliver what was promised constitutes a breach of contract and could be considered deceptive business practices. At this point, I am left with no choice but to consider filing a chargeback with my bank and escalating this matter further by filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), the ************************************ (CFPB), and the Attorneys Generals offices to initiate further investigation and potential legal action.I demand that you either:Immediately grant me access to my certificates of completion, as I have paid for them and met all necessary course requirements.Issue a full refund, including any applicable fees, to compensate for the inconvenience and time wasted due to your lack of customer support.If I do not receive a satisfactory response within 48 hours, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter as stated above. I hope this issue can be resolved professionally without further action, but I am fully prepared to pursue all available avenues to protect my rights as a paying customer.I expect an immediate response to this email confirming your receipt and outlining the steps you will take to resolve this matter.Sincerely,****** ********
