      Anyone considering Cody ***** C in ******************* for a relaxing getaway, please be aware that it is located directly above a daycare. As stated in the description it is also home to the ******************* Mountain Resorts Kids Ranch. That inadequate statement fails to inform future renters that included with the beautiful mountain landscape, you will be subjected to an 8 am wake up call each morning from dozens of children playing on the lawn just below the open windows.Open windows because there is no air conditioning. Beginning at 8am and continuing until near 5pm, the voices of these dozens of children and adults will be nonstop with basketball games, ***** bouncing on the walls below, water slides, outdoor lunches, birthday parties, etc. Rendezvous Mountain Rentals does mention the Kids Ranch on their website but future renters need to be fully informed of the constant noise from below. Rendezvous Mountain Rentals apologized for our inconvenience and did compensate me 10%. I was told that the website description has been amended. I am grateful for the acknowledgement by Rendezvous Mountain Rentals of the sleep disruptions, uncomfortable heat from closed windows, the inability to sit on the balcony and relax or to even sit inside and read a book. The children looked extremely happy and the care they appeared to receive was top notch. However, I did not spend thousands of dollars to be trapped inside and kept from peaceful sleep or relaxation. I only wish to be completely honest and inform anyone considering this unit to be fully aware of the circumstances. Had I known, I would have looked elsewhere. Again, I appreciate the apologies from RMR for these many frustrations but it doesnt begin to compensate for the disappointment from staying in this otherwise beautiful location. I have attempted to leave my review on RMR site several times but they apparently only show the most favorable posts. I have attached a video from the master bedroom on other sites.
