    I ordered a 3-month supply of the supplement then found another product that better suited my needs. Within an hour, maybe two, I cancelled my order and even received an e-mail confirming this. The link to my order in a previous email also indicated that the order was cancelled. Two entire days later, my credit card was charged, and I received a shipping notification. When I reached out and provided proof of this timeline via screenshots, I was told that I would still be charged a $10 return shipping fee on top of the inconvenience of having to return the product for a refund. Bottom line is that it is not my fault that this business does not have a more efficient process for timely order cancellations. I was unable to attach the screenshots here but will provide them upon request.

    Hi there - thank you for explaining your concerns with us.

    Cancelling your subscription does not cancel the original order that was placed it just means your recurring future orders have been cancelled and will not process moving forward. We can very occasionally cancel placed orders but the request must be received before the order has shipped. Your order was shipped on Monday, Feb 19 and we did not receive an email from you until Wednesday Feb 21.

    We are happy to process your return without the $10 return fee and are always happy to work with our customers to their satisfaction.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    I would recommend that the company make it clear that canceling the order on-line does not instantaneously cancel the order even if it is labeled as such.  This is very misleading, and I would have performed the extra step of sending an e-mail had I known.

    On November 19, 2022 I purchased Mareas *** Elixr for the first time for a total of $46.89. Upon receiving and trying out the supplement for two days, I became very sick to my stomach. The taste of it is foul as well. I then went to the website and looked at its return policy, and it said that there was a 30 day guarantee for those that are first-time users of the *** elixir as long as they contact customer service support before the 30 days are over. I reached out to them for the first time on 28th of November. **************** contacted me back and told me that they cannot accept used supplements. That goes against a 30 day guarantee refund policy. That is entirely unfair to the customer and they are being fraudulent by having such policies posted on the website and then going against it via email.

    The customer service rep who responded to your request on our happiness guarantee was in training and was not aware of this policy. After you responded to her bringing this to her attention I believe that she did make this right and accept a return of the product in-line with our policy. We have recognized this miss-step in our training and have updated our process. We hope that we have come to an acceptable resolution and thank you for your patience in this misunderstanding!
