    We bought an rv from this place brand new..it arrived, we picked it up and have had nothing but problems with dealing with issues with it through the service department. We have spoken with over 4 different people who called themselves the service manager over 6 months time. The rv was dropped off for repair and when picked up had MORE DAMAGE done to it by their technicians then when it was dropped off. Promising to repair the damage then the "manager" changed and the damage was not recognized as done by the service dept. I have attached some photos but not all of the issues we have. We tried to speak with the GM only to be told to talk with the service manager...who has been employed there for 2 days at this time...we have spoken with several different service advisors to no avail. The GM refused to even talk to us to try to help. We have been talked down to, belittled, out right refused repair, etc. We have a long list of what was done and not done and what is being REFUSED to do. We are now into camping season, we are paying for a spot we can't use because we don't have our brand new trailer that has been in repairs since we bought it. Please help us in getting our trailer in proper working order and hold the dealer accountable as they should be.

    My Name is ****** ********, I had Purchased a Travel Trailer from Vision RV on March 19th 2022, my family and I had been in the market for quite awhile and were very excited to be able to finally purchase a new trailer to enjoy as a family and to use for our upcoming wedding, being that we lived quite a long distance away and because of my work schedule it was difficult for us to go into any dealership and see trailers in person, after filling out some online applications we were contacted by vision RV that had a used trailer that fit my families needs perfectly. we had signed the paperwork over email and I went to pick up the trailer a week after we had signed the papers. upon getting back from picking it up we slept in it that night. the next day I did some inspecting on the trailer and found the the back driver corner as well as the roof and half the back panel was completely rotten and full of black mold. my wife and I were beyond concerned and very disheartened wondering how a company would let this happen especially because a hole had been exposed on the inside and it was hard to miss if a proper inspection was done by the company which seems unlikely and that they were just hiding this from me. I am thankful that I did go looking around because our 1 year old daughter was sleep right next to that area and I cant imagine the impact to her health had I had not found it. I contacted the company and after being passed around to a couple people they said the would have it fixed for free and it would only take a week. a relief cause our wedding was in the middle of may. after numerous calls and texts I finally picked the trailer up the weekend of my wedding just barely completed. I let it go and was thankful it was at least fixed, we used it a couple more locally but after coming back from a longer road trip the rear bumper flew off and almost hit my wife and kids following me.     ****** ******** did buy a trailer here in March of this year. After he took delivery of his trailer, he discovered mould in the trailer, and we took the unit back and rebuilt the entire interior of the trailer, at substantial cost. In August he called to say that he had four bikes loaded on the bumper of his trailer  and that the bumper fell off. He was demanding that we pay for the bumper and the bikes. We never did any work on the bumper of his trailer, and we do have photos of the work that we did on his unit as well as while it was in progress. He has been very beligerant with my staff, screaming swear words at my ******* *******. We explained to him that we never altered the bumper in any way nor did we do any work on it, and we have photos to prove this. Out of goodwill,  we offered to pay half the cost of a new bumper.  He responded by telling my ******* ******* that was not acceptable and that we would be hearing from his lawyer. Upon being threatened with legal action this customer is no longer welcome in our dealership, and I will defer any dealings with him to our lawyer.
