    2023 forrestriver cardinal red 31 rl I can't even begin to speak of the rail road job we got on this supposedly brand new trailer the pictures are massive In amounts of all the beyond horrible craftsmanship.and all the texts of that we recieved from a crooked sales woman slash accountant and there idiotic service department manager we have now this piece of garbage for 1 year in September 2024 I'm to the point of running this garbage right into there lot we have no support with from Vision rv ,******* at all they just threw us to the wind period .

    We have not heard from this customer since last fall when they purchased their new unit from us. Apparently last fall they called our service department and were directed to take their unit to a dealership in their area as they are located over 1000 km from us, and warranty work can be done at any Forest River dealership. I will now try and contact them to see if I can assist.

    Horrible business very dishonest. I bought a trailer this year. Had trouble within the first month. I bought all of the extra insurance nothing happened and nothing was resolved. I've owned the trailer for 5 months, now it has to be written off. All because of there dishonesty of the trailer when it was sold to me.

    Horrible place to shop AND to work. There's a reason they can't keep customers OR employees. Bullying environment towards customers AND staff. AVOID!!!

    We bought a brand new 2019 Cedar Creek in March of 2021. The trailer was on the lot because of COVID. We were talked into all their upgrades and extended warranties which included on site service because the trailer was going on a lot in ***********. We took delivery in May of 2021 and right away we found a bunch of issues that we brought to their attention. The 1st service manager said that we would get it taken care of. Unfortunately in July on the same year my mother was diagnosed with brain cancer and passed in August so that we had to put the trailer issues on hold. We got back to dealing with the trailer in September. A mobile service company was contacted and in November they came out to try an figure out the fridge issue and fix the other problems.The hole in the slide rubber was fixed but fridge cooling issue could not but they suggested a couple of fixes, but they could not be done till spring and they could not do anything about the slide topper awning issue because Vision RV installed it themselves and they would need to send in the information Spring of 2022 is now upon us and we now have a 2nd service manager. The mobile service company comes back out with new fans to vent the fridge so it can cooler properly but they did not have any direction from Vision about the slide topper. The trailer sat till July of 2023 because dealing with the estate. But when we finally got out there we find that there is still a fridge issue. The freezer will not keep things frozen and fridge will not cool. Contacted them again to find we now have our 3rd service manager. He makes big promises and said he will go after the trailer manufacture for a new fridge and he wanted more pictures of the slide topper awning issue. The 1st pictures were lost and we got them new ones right away. Contacted the 3rd manager in September but he was still waiting for a response from the manufacture. We now have a 4th manager, he said too much time has passed there is nothing he can do.
