    We are filing this complaint against a business that continues to charge for a service they do not provide, and seemingly has no physical location nor a phone number in which they can be reached. We recently took over a dealership the beginning of May and have been attempting to reach this alarm company. The contract the previous owners had with this company expired 2 years ago, yet they continue to take out $60 each month from our business account. We have attempted to reach this business via email, physical mail, phone calls and social media. We have never received a response and the mail sent was returned to sender. Our remaining option was to put a stop payment. On May 13, 2024, we put in the stop payment request. The bank charges for each stop payment, but it remains our sole option. Over the last 3 months, they continue to attempt to charge our account. We cannot reach anyone to cancel the payment. We have attempted multiple times to call, and the line goes straight to voicemail. The letter sent was returned to sender, stating the previous tenants moved. We have since moved on to a new company, but we would like this business to cease charging us for services they are not providing.

    Alarm monitoring agreement signed with Safety Alarm June 13 2016 initial term 60 months. Ending June 12 2021. Renewal term commenced according to contract automatically for 36 months anticipated to end June 12 2024. Due to bad experiences lack of communication and response from the company on May 28 2022 I provided written notice to end the renewal term with ample notice - accordance to contract. More than 6 months prior to the end of the renewal term for them to end service. The only response I received back in 2022 was a telephone call which the owner *************************** indicated we are stuck now for the 36 months and if we wanted to leave them at the time it would mean I pay up for the balance. We decided to remain with them with the cancellation still proceeding for June 12 2024 (coming soon). I have been trying to contact the company and learned recently in the media of their bad customer relations practices not answering phone calls or emails of which I am personally experiencing also. I have reached out numerous times leaving messages to no avail. I went to their physical office and learned from a receptionist that Safety Alarm no longer maintain the office location there. I have a pre authorized debit agreement in place to pay monthly out of my bank account for this service for the amount $26.24. I expect one more installment likely to be deducted until the term ends. I fear they will continue to charge me but I really need to have written affirmation from Safety Alarm that they acknowledge my cancelation request and will end June 12 2024 with no further financial obligation beyond. I am fearful of their business tactics or lack of contact. I resent the same letter via email and reminder on April 24 2024 as a follow up. No response. Thank you for your assistance in this matter. For the 96 combined months of prepaid service @$26.24/month I wouldve paid for the entire period $2519.04 (final month incl). Service location ************************************************************.

    I have been with this company for last five years I paid for equipment, but they took all equipment, even though i paid for it, and i had been charged the month of February 2023 i didn't use, when i called and asked the manger February 2023 he told me that you will be reimbursed with in three month,so I waited for three month,but i didn't get no call nor no text from him, I called him and texted him too many times no answer i left message no answer! after too money called he answered, and hang up on me! he just ignored my text and call. He lied to me he will repay me,but never happened!
