    Safety Alarm is a total ***** and deceit company. We have been their customer since 2016 but only recently we found out that our system hasn't been monitored after paying monthly fee of monitoring. After hearing the news from CTV that a women reported her alarm went off for a couple of time and no phone call from Safety Alarm to check if she is alright, or follow-up after the alarm quiets down. So, I decided to test my alarm, true enough I purposely triggered my alarm and went off for about 20 minutes, no phone call from them to check if it's a break in occurred. I called them but the office was closed. I was trying to find the emergency number but I couldn't find it as they never give us the number. Finally someone called me the next day and told me that maybe my phone wasn't hook up to the system. What kind of excuses!!! So, I have been paying since 2016 and yet my system didn't hook up to my phone!!! I asked for the activity reports and they said they don't provide such a report. I believe every alarm company can provide an activity reports. I also asked for the emergency number but he said he can't remember it. You got to be kidding me!!! He wants to send a technician over to check but I told him to cancel the service. Just be careful if you are still dealing with them and make sure you test your alarm to ensure that it's monitored. Why are they still in business???

    ***** alert - anyone not yet dealing with these ********* please do not fall for their sale pitch and take your business to a real company that is BBB registered.When me moved from one warehouse to another, they did not reply to our request to cancel the service, which we had used for six years. Instead they continued to charge our bank account the monthly service charge and we had to get the bank ***** section involved.Furthermore we found out that our alarm system had NEVER been monitored over all size years. They simply turned it on but never connected it to the phone lines or internet lines. They then put in a claim with a collection agency claiming we owed them $.We are now spending $3000 on legal services as we try to pursue justice for a few hundred dollars credit file. **** ***** **** ********** ********* **** ****** ********** ****** *** ** **** *** ********* ********* ** ***** ********* ****** *** * **** ** ***** *** ****** ** ***** ******BE WARNED IF YOU SEE THIS - read all the other similar reviews - how are they still in business?
