***** and ******* did a duct and carpet clean for me and were 10/10 in every positive category you can think of!My a/c unit also needed a servicing and that was done with ease as well. After they departed a small puddle developed at the drain pipe end of my furnace unit by my sewer. Not having any plumbing or a/c experience I contacted ***** to see if that was normal?I expected just a call or text but my doorbell rang after 6pm and it was ***** who went out of his way to check the situation out personally!It was a matter of the small drain pipe that needed to be adjusted at a slightly different angle. Success!Thanks *****!Thanks *******!Highly recommended Hire these guys from *******/McKnight Cleaning Services!Willing to go way above and beyond their normal duties to help a new customer today. Dont see this very often but I experienced fantastic customer service and wanted to pass on my gratitude. Bravo!Big Ben Cleaning Inc.

I had a great experience with ****** and **** at Big Ben Cleaning. ****** responded to my email very quickly and provided me with all info that I needed. **** cleaned out the ducts, furnace, humidifier and dryer vents for me. *****, who had been here two years ago, did a great job once again with little disturbance considering all the vents and two furnaces he had to clean and service. We will for sure have him and Big Ben Cleaning back again in a couple of years.Big Ben Cleaning Inc.
