Booking was very easy, the staff was very pleasant, and professional. Communication was terrific, I received reminder notices as scheduled and confirmation notices almost instantly after booking. The Tech was was very efficient and knoweldgeable, explained the whole process as well as care on our part to ensure the carpet cleaning process was 100%. We had our furnace and ducts cleaned by Big Ben Cleaning and are completely satisfied. ******* did a great job, and he explained the complete process along with pricing accurately.
