Efficient. Professional. Trustworthy. I had some carpets vacuumed & deep cleaned. The tech knew carpets and showed me things I hadn't even noticed befoe.I also had my furnace ducts cleaned and treated. My wife can breathe easy in our house now, where she previously was having an allergic reaction to the previous owners cat hair/dander. This is a trust worthy group.Big Ben Cleaning Inc.

I used Big *** for 3 different flights of stairs. They were professional, Punctual and I would highly recommend them. I will definitely use them again. It was interesting to know all the services that they do provide, including duck cleaning, etc..Big Ben Cleaning Inc.

Overall great experience. Have used this company twice now and would definately recommend. Booked the appointment and gave my details on size and number of rooms and was given a quote based on that. Arrived within the half hour scheduled arrival time, were professional, courteous, and friendly. Helped move sofas out of the way and moved back once carpets were cleaned in that space. After job completion the amount charged was what was quoted. No hidden upcharges or fees. Will use and recommend in the future.Big Ben Cleaning Inc.
