    No complaints. For any lacks they may have they make up for in vibes. Which, is not something very many companies have enough of regardless of their success. I like their relationship aspect.

    Worst company ever. We signed up with Helcim and when we processed a big payment they closed us down for risk which made no sense. They even wanted to hold 30k in reserve when we had employees to pay. It was 3-4 weeks of straight headaches. We switched to a different processor and just a few days after submitting docs all of our payments were released. Helcim is the worst company. I recommended you go elsewhere. The little money they manage you is not worth it

    We are pleased with Helcim, but feel the support is slower than it could be and there are things about both the desktop and mobile app that could be improved.

    Payments take too long to process. It was my understanding that that would only be for the first few transactions. But it takes several days for my deposits to go into my checking account. It's not always convenient

    Helcim has been great for my new small business. I knew nothing about POS and the team has onboarded me and answered endless questions! I was very nervous about setting up the system from scratch but my onboarding person was awesome. I have had a few issues come up where I couldn't figure something out and their help desk is always quick to respond and help. I would recommend the system to any small business.

    Helcim was the absolute worst payment processor Ive ever dealt with. I jumped through hoops to get signed up, provided all the documentation they asked for, and finally got approved. I then spent hours setting up my account, integrating it with my business, and preparing to process payments.After my first successful transaction, everything went downhill fast. Just two days later, I received an email demanding more information and additional steps to continue using their service. It was like they couldnt get their act together from the start!While I was trying to comply with their ridiculous demands, they closed my account with no warning. Worse yet, they refunded my clients payment without my permission, causing massive problems with my accounting and payroll. This kind of unprofessionalism is beyond unacceptableits outright damaging to businesses!I have never encountered such incompetence and disrespect from any company. Their lack of communication, poor processes, and cavalier attitude toward my business have left me scrambling to fix the mess they ********* yourself a favor and stay FAR away from Helcim. Their competitive pricing means nothing when their service is this disastrous. Save yourself the headache and go with a processor that actually respects its customers and their businesses.

    I LOVE HELCIM! They have been amazing for my small business. I don't know where these low reviews are coming from but they are incorrect in my experience. Everyone that works there is so kind and helpful and they are so easy to get a hold of. I love the fact that they are Canadian, and would give them 10 stars if I could.

    Helcim is awesome! Signing up was a breeze -did it on my own took less than 10 minutes. Been using their invoicing, it's free, professional, and super easy to use. They also offer Fee Saver on that one so it saved me a ton on credit card fees.

    Horrible customer service closed account during transactions and did not warn ahead of time. Trying to clear up days activity has been a nightmare. Go elsewhere and don't look back . Pay extra for ****** and any other processor

    Unfortunately helcim has cost our company thousands due to their unethical ways of doing business. From taking money from our accounts unauthorized to retaining information which resulted in us losing not only our bank accounts but costing us thousands in fees and time. If you own a small business like I do, stay far away from them .we are taking this to as far as we possibly can to get our money back.
