    Through extensive research and years of operating my small business, I feel fortunate to have found Helcim. Their proactive approach toward support and constantly evolving tools makes it feel like we're business partners.Like any payment provider, there can be some hiccups but I find the stability of Helcim to be consistent enough to where I don't notice any issues. When I need assistance, I can get on the phone with someone in usually under 10 minutes. When I email in, I hear back within the day - what more can you ask for?Their staff are kind, courteous, patient and knowledgeable. Not to mention the amount of money I've saved since switching over from *******. It's a nice feeling to know that I have a team working with me as a small business owner.

    You Can not trust this company. I filled out all the information and Downloaded their app. Ran a credit card and everything went through. Gave customer their merchandise. Two days later this company emailed me and said we can not do business with me. No reason why or real explanation. But they did refund the buyer their money and I never received the payment. So now I do not have the merchandise or the payment. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM OR THIS COULD BE YOU.

    Initially I was excited to have Helcim as my merchant service representative although after processing my first transaction on 4/25/23 for $1,350.00 I received a call from *** one of Helcims agents. *** asked me a few questions relating to my business and after answering all of his questions he mentioned he would call me back the next day if he needed more information. I received a call the next day from *** which was to inform me that Helcim has decided to close my account. Hearing that ******************** decided to close my account immediately after my first transaction was processed and approved was totally unsettling! We are a ********************** that represent clients against the *********** and all of our clients sign contracts authorizing payments to be processed before we process a payment for service on Helcims platform. I informed *** that I could provide Helcim with a contract signed by our client giving us consent to process a payment for service but *** mentioned the contract does not matter. Helcim has deemed my business as high risk for some odd reason when we have contracts signed by all of our clients that give us consent to process there payments for service. The decision for Helcim to close my merchant account after processing my first transaction which was approved has left me is with a terrible experience utilizing Helcims platform. We have a payment to process today for $2,850.00 but due to Helcim closing my account it has put our business in a bind now trying to find another merchant service provider. I would love to keep Helcim as my merchant service and I wish I didnt have such a bad experience and have my merchant account closed.

    Worst company ever got all approved then ordered the material. When i did the first transaction they blocked and closed the account. They refuse to refund the material. Real fraud from them.

    Helcim has a bad website, terrible customer service, and a broken business model for pricing. Helcim advertises that its interchange plus pricing structure is less than competititors than Square, but for a small business doing transactions less than $20, the Helcim fees might actually be more, depending on the card. Plus, you can't actually see a detailed breakdown of the fees per transaction on the website; you have to wait for a monthly statement to only receive a summary of fees. The website seemed very confusing. There was no easy or immediate access to tools such as a simple report that showed the a total for the day's sales or a place where I could view my EIN and other tax reporting information. Bank batches don't immediately show the amount of fees, and the deposits take several days to actually reach your bank. The service and onboarding process are abysmal. Upon submitting my app, I received an email that said I would be notified when my account was ready, but I never received a response. A rep worked through getting approved with me, but didn't unlock my account correctly, so I had to contact the Help Desk. One time I called and I could hear people chatting and giggling in the background. I was subjected to an additional review and received an email from the manager of the Trust and Safety team which was riddled with punctuation and spelling errors. There was no transparency or set timeline for the approval process pointing to a concerning lack of staffing. There are numerous broken links on the website, and one email that I received from the Trust and Safety team actually landed in the Promotional queue of my Gmail; there's nobody testing that Helcim emails are tagged correctly by ******* I was expecting a bank deposit on the website which had a posting date, but the deposit was manually removed without any message or warning that my account was under review, so their process does not match the technology flow of the website.
