    I was told by credit resources that I would receive a prepaid **** card and my credit report would be cleaned out or creditors would be removed. I only have 3 creditors that are current and all okay.I have never received the **** that they promised but without fail have taken 20$ out of my bank account every Friday, which have caused NSF charges on my account. Now they are getting it from my husband account . We didnt tell the bank to do that. I have written to credit resources t stop taking the 20$/week out of my account and where is my prepaid **** card now? They did not respond to that letter. So dont anyone else fall for this!

    **** ******** ** ****** ****** ******* ** **. I never once made an agreement with them. Not once did even have a conversation over the phone numerous times I emailed them and asked them to contact me in regards to the contract that they were talking about and then I check my bank. Its an older bank so I dont really use it. I check my bank account today and they took out while tried to take out $20.03 times in one day costing me $150 in NSF fees And now after raising stink online, they decide to email me and say that the membership has been cancelled finally thats Im not stopping there. I want my money back. I want them to pay those fees that they charged on my card without my permission.

    You tricked me into this **** I thought I was getting a credit card yet you take 20$ out of my bank account every Friday which nsf's and costs me more with my bank for overdraft I don't have I don't know how to terminate the auto withdrawal you are in my account without my approval
