    This company is a thief in credit relief clothing!I inquired about their services and filled out part of a questionnaire, and yes like a fool provided my banking account info. Without my consent they started withdrawing $20.00 every week and when I noticed I asked them to stop immediately to which I received an email back saying that I had to call to cancel. I called and cancelled Sept 22, I received and cancellation confirmation email from them and they then proceeded to withdraw $20.00 more that same day.I called them and they said that because it takes a couple days to go through it didn't stop the withdrawal in time.Then all withdrawals ceased until I noticed that they started up again every week $20.00 since Oct 27th.I have emailed them, called them and I have yet to hear back.I definitely learnt my ****** about providing information no matter how legit a company can seem.Will I be reimbursed the money they stole, I am not sure? But I will for sure post more on this if I don't.Please be aware, they prey on a person's financial situation.

    Upon investigating, the customer have canceled her subscription last 9/22 and last 10/27, the customer have submitted another application, this is the reason why it was active again. Informed the cutomer to be Please be mindful with the links they're clicking online and every applications they submitted online that leads to reactivating your service. I have cancel it again. Rest assured no more charges in the future.

    This is bs! They have been taking $20 out of my account for no reason! I too was led to believe I was applying for a loan! How does it make sense that they are taking money and gave me NOTHING!

    Didnt even sign any documents to agree to their terms and somehow taking $20 out of my account. Will not get back to me, had to put a stop payment on my account. Again never agreed to anything and no signed documents!!!??

    This company has gotten my bank account nsfed by taking money out of my account that wasn't there. I cancelled their services via email from their website the same day I called my bank to get them to stop payment, who was the ones to advise me that I needed to cancel their services myself as well, which I did. This company didnt cease to keep taking $20 payments out of my account, plus trying each one twice , resulting in a huge amount of NSF charges. I just got off the phone with them and they are trying to tell me that I'm not allowed to cancel via email. Since when did that rule take effect? I used the email THEIR website had that said to contact us please email. They have finally cancelled, I think, but not until after taking my rent money, and leaving me $391 in the hole. Happy birthday to me.

    Everyone should call their bank and put a stop payment to credit resources! I agreed to 26 weeks they have been pulling $20 a week for almost year. Keep saying the ceo and management need to verify and that I should get my money back and still nothing been calling every day for three months. Always the run around, never straight answers and also told me that “it’s weird they’re still pulling out money when I’m no longer apart of that” it’s ridiculous *** *** ******. 1040.00 plus 520.00 is owed to me!
