    Applied for a loan with debt less credit in April 2022. I was under the impression I was applying for a loan. Since May 2022 ***** has been taken out weekly with the understanding at the end of 26 months I would get a loan. As well as having every ***** reported to my credit bureau. I never received the loan and nothing was reported to credit bureaus. I am out over 2000 and want a refund

    I have attempted to contact this "service" provider multiple times regarding why they are debiting my checking account ***** weekly as far back as I can see - Dec ** 2021 to current. Asking for cancellations, justifications, account statements, anything to prove they are actually a service provider. I finally had to arrange a stop payment with my bank for this company as all emails bounce back and no contact can be made. At a minimum of ** weeks (I can only go back so far in my banking history) at ***** plus the ***** stop payment fee from my bank this company has stolen a minimum of $******** and they have a "sister" company I will file seperately about but they must be attached because there web search identifies them as an identical service they with draw weekly on the exact same ************* and each go back as far as I can see. This other one charges $***** per week and is Called Credit Resources.

    We have attached a screenshot from our Debtless Credit website (****************) that there's  weekly charge of $*****. We have also check our email from Debtless Credit there's no single interaction from our Debtless Credit Customer Phone Support Representatives and even through our email with Debtless Credit about cancelation. Upon investigating the complaint, we can confirm that the customer has a signed agreement with **, and has already cancelled the services. We have already deleted the customer to our system here with ********************** and rest assured no more charges in the future.

    Direct debit debit less credit has taken ****** from my bank in increments of ***** once a week for the last 3 months I have requested them to stop and they have processed to still take money which screws up scheduled bill payment I have that come out so in turn I get NSF fee on top and my payment don't go through so I am behind in my bills and I want this to stop I never even signed up for this stupid thing

    I signed up with Debtless Credit in Novembre 2021 under the premise that 1. my weekly payments of $19.99 would last 26 weeks. Upon completion of the program, I would receive all of my payments back. If I maintained consistent payments, I would also receive a $500.00 on the above, I agreed and provided my information for the automatic debit of $19.99 from my account on a weekly basis. I spoke to a credit advisor but did not need any credit repair, and now the payments went well ********* weeks (in fact, I incurred several NSF fees over the total of 16 months that this continued) and I had received no communication from anyone in the meantime about any part of the program. I wanted the withdrawals to end as well as my membership in the program. **********************************************************

    *** been getting withdraws from my account since May 6th and did not consent to having these withdrawals taken from my account. Called multiple times to no avail. Finally got ahold of someone and was told they couldnt reimburse me for over 500 dollars. They said theyd email my agreement but havent done that yet. All i want Is my money back.

    I am rejecting this response because:when applying for this i was Under the impression i was Applying for a loan. I signed The agreement - thinking i was Signing a loan agreement and not once was i explicitly told about the withdrawals from my account. Its there if you read the fine print near the end. I simply Want the money back that i was Scammed out of, im not asking for the nsf fees i was charged when this company took money out without my authorization. I was Also not sent a copy of my agreement quickly. I had To reach out to this company four times before being send a copy and it doesnt have an actual signature so whos to say i signed It? They could have easily typed in my name.

    I applied for a loan, provided them my information. When they came back with an offer, I declined the application and cancelled it. A week later they started ******** funds out of my bank account without consent, permission or my prior knowledge. $19.99 so far, *** ************ *** ******

    I was looking for a loan. I reached to Debtless Credit for a loan. I sent my information, and they told me they can help if I agree on a 19.99$ withdraw every Friday. I did agree. Then someone called me about their credit repair program. I told her I am not interested in credit repair. I just need the loan. Then they started withdrawing from my account. I sent them several emails that I am not interested in their service, I did not get and do not want to get any of their services, and that my meeting with their rep was not productive. I asked them 2 times to cancel my membership. But they charged my account. They sent me an email script to call a number. I called many times but there was a message there agents were busy, and to leave a message. They are not responsive to my cancelation request. There should be some kind of class action lawsuit.

    I have called this "company" on a number of occasions.. the fact that I am currently in contact with them through this avenue at thr moment; and they are saying that I need too call myself is beyond ridiculous. If it would be that easy; I wouldn't have been going this route.. 

    I was in contact with the branch level of my bank earlier today and they said they will be escalating things on their end, and that my money will be getting refunded one way or another... be nice to see these guys have some integrity and refund it without my ba k even having to step in... but I guess thats asking too much from a bunch of ****mers.

    I signed up with Debtless Credit in April 2021 under the premise that 1. my weekly payments of $19.99 would last 26 weeks,2. I could submit proof of my rent payments to help increase my credit score,3. Upon completion of the program, I would receive all of my payments back and 4. If I maintained consistent payments, with none missed, I would also receive a $520.00 bonus.Based on the above, I agreed and provided my information for the automatic debit of $19.99 from my account on a weekly basis. This was followed up with a confirmation e-mail shortly after that from the same representative that confirmed the exact same things he said over the phone (above).Because I had payments returned NSF, I knew I did not meet the requirements to receive the bonus but I began to notice that payments went well beyond 26 weeks (in fact, I incurred several NSF fees over the total of 16 months that this continued) and I had received no communication from anyone in the meantime about any part of the program. I confirmed through my bank statements that they had successfully withdrawn 31 payments of $19.99 so I wanted the withdrawals to end as well as my membership in the program. I sent an email with no response. I phoned and was instructed that I MUST give creditwillow.com a five star rating on ************** in order to qualify for my funds. I did as instructed and after a few more emails, each time followed up with a phone call I received $200 via e-transfer from ************** I was told that the program had changed since I signed on and that the bonus was now only $200.00. After providing the email that confirmed what I expected I was contacted by *****, the supervisor, who stated that in consultation with the other supervisors they agreed to transfer another $320.00 to me ($520 bonus) but not honour the full $619.69 that I paid into the program.Please see my updated review here: **********************************************************

    On June 24th I noticed a transaction out of my bank account for the amount of $19.99 I asked my bank what company this was from they informed me that it was debtless credit. I then contacted the company and asked why they took money from ,e and what there company was. The lady on the phone yelled at me and told me if I don't like it then cancel my subscription service witch I told her to do please. Since then every Friday $19.99 comes out of my account I have spoke with the company 6 times on the phone and many emails asking to stop taking money and return what was taken I was told on June 22 the money would be returned as of today it has not and they have continued to take money I need help getting my 10 payments back please it totals $199.99 * ** * ****** *** *** *** ******* ** **** ** * ***** *** * **** ***** **** ** ** ***** ** **** ** ******** ****** **** **
