    I signed an agreement with debtless credit but when I realized how much they were charging I called and cancelled my membership. This happened August 10, 2022. The agent told me that my membership has been cancelled and I wasn't going to get charged the weekly fee of 19.99$ anymore. Two weeks go by and I have gotten charged for both weeks after the cancellation. I called multiple times to ask the company why they charged me and they have me same story about it being a mistake and they were going to talk to the back office to get me a refund and send a cancellation confirmation email. Three weeks later and still nothing and they continue to charge to me 19.99$ per week.

    I am filling this complaint against debtless credit because I have asked him several times to stop my payments of $19.99 and they have not complied with my request they still keep on taking the money out of my bank account I have called my bank and ask them if they can stop it but because they do on a random day they have no way of doing any stop payments and they informed me that I can't do a fraud investigation because I originally gave him permission to access my account.

    I have been getting a charge of ***** from a company names credit value since jan 14th, on jan 24th there was a charge of ***** and also ***** from a ****** ***** and also debtless credit, I have not signed up for anything and despite my contact attempts to be taken off this and find out how they got my account info but have been either hung up on or promised to be removed yet still getting charged these payments which keep putting my account in over draft and giving me 90$ nsf each time, ** **** ******** * **** **** **** ******* ** **** *** * ** *** **** **** ** **** ***** **** ****** * ** * ****** *** ** * ** * ***** ****** *** * ** ** ** ********* *** **** ***** ** ****** ***** *** ******* ****** ** ****** *** *** *** ******* ** *** *** *** *** **** ** ***** **** ******* * *** ***** **** ** ***** I am looking to have some of the damage to my credit score repaired, have these charges stop and also be reimbursed the money that has been taken from my family as a result of this, this isn't a little money to me this is impacting our quality of life over all, this isn't fair, I despratly need help Thank you.

    Debtless Credit MSP came out of my account with no authorization from me and have a couple time even though i ask too stop they continue to pull it

    I signed up with debtless credit in order to try and improve my credit score, thinking nothing of the service other than a great option. After a couple of weeks and a bit more research I found other alternatives that would suit me better. I both emailed and called their offices as that is what they have stated in their contract to cancel the service. I was assured my account would be cancelled and the withdrawals would cease. Fast forward a month and a bit; coupled with 3 more calls to their company and they have still ceased to process my request and are still withdrawing funds on a weekly basis. The last time I tried to reach the company was during business hours and my call immediately went to a voice messaging system which has not happened prior to that call. Its my firm belief that they have blocked my number which will cause me to be unable to reach them in the future to continue to try and cancel my contract. In total they are getting towards the 200$ **** in regards to funds taken after my request for cancellation under their terms as outlined in their contract. I dont know what do do and currently cannot afford this extra weekly expense.I have also attempted to attach my contract to this post and when the contract is opened in the downloads section of my phone all it states is my email address which is another red flag of many.

    They have made a bogus contract stating I love in another province I have reached out numerous times for a refund and to ask them in emails which I have all of to cancel whatever subscription they have and to refund 3 payments of $19.99 and 2 NSF fees from my bank at $45 each I am prepared to take legal action the customer service is unprofessional and constantly interrupted me when I tried to get a resolution. The contract they made between myself and them they state I live in ******* ****** and I do not I live in ******* ****** not to mention numerous phone calls to them with no call back please help me with this

    I never apply for there product but for a loan was not identified correctly on her site and after they start to take money since June and I call multiple time and every week they said they will stop and still they take my money I call multiple time and nothing . Im about to file a police report because is stooling money

    I cancel subscription Debtless credit and have phone 10 times They keep taking money from account over and over

    I cancelled my account with Debtless Credit a month ago yet they continue to take the payment. When I cancelled I talked to them on the phone as well as sent an email they took another payment on July 22. I do not even remember signing up with this company for anything.
