  No customer service.. supposedly we are to put to the top of the list when service needs to be done. We have a maintenance contract which supposedly puts us to the top of the list????Maintenance guy broke the valve on hot water tank and 3 days later, still waiting to hear from them. By calling them myself, receptionist just wanted to reaffirm warehouse was closed on Weekend. It is now Monday and I would think the issue might have been a priority to get this replaced??? Guess not! Receptionist could not help. Only made me more angry! Managers not interested. This is terrible customer service!!

  These guys dont know air conditioning. After ten years of Action technicians come to my home after installing an oversized condenser and having yearly freezing issues, we finally asked for a second opinion. He immediately knew the root cause of Actions install mistake. BEWARE! These guys dont want to make you comfortable. They dont help you after they make a mistake. They look at the numbers and manipulate how to lose the least amount of money on their own errors and omissions.I asked the owner to replace the oversized condenser after hiding from the truth for ten years. They wouldnt because somehow they wouldnt admit the root cause. Lessons learned:1) they dont fix it right or its free. This was very costly over many years for me to finally get it right with ***************.2) these guys give lip service and are only in the business for the sale. They dont service what they sell.3) every employee and technician that worked my file was not allowed to respond in writing. When they spoke the truth on site, they were admonished by management. These guys knew they installed the wrong unit but were not allowed to replace it.4) their initial installation broke all the (apparent) rules in air conditioning, including mating too big a condenser to a coil. The judge suggested I ought to have known how to do Actions job, or at least seek a second opinion sooner. The technicians told me often that they would never work with a Unico coil again. 5) the install of about $6000 of the condenser is small enough in terms of money the Action Furnace knows you wont go through the trouble and cost of a lawsuit. Like everything with these guys, it is about making a buck, not making it comfortable.6) I have the entire proceedings of the legal headache if anyone is interested in discussing it 7) bottom line: ignorance of the law is no excuse, but ignorance of the trades costs consumers. Get someone you can trust. This is not that someone.

  I bought a new AC unit from Action Furnace ******** in summer 2023 and was delighted with their professionalism and quality of work. The unit itself is performing great! I also just had my old furnace repaired(Feb 2023) by Action Furnace and the technician was on time, friendly and respectful. He had my furnace blowing heat again in no time. The price was fair and he had the parts in his van. He took the time to go over the repair and safety inspection with me and also made several recommendations to help keep my furnace is top shape.I highly recommend Action Furnace ******** for all your HVAC needs.

  Unfortunately I would not recommend action furnace. We ended up going with action furnace although they were more expensive than another competitor, simply because of the numerous benefits that were listed in their customer service. After a month of having our AC installed, it had frozen up and stopped working. According to their no frustration guarantee we would be eligible to receive a free hotel and $500. When I called about this I spoke to someone who tried to give every excuse of why this wouldnt apply, when there are no contingencies listed on this guarantee. It has been a month and a half and no one will return my call, and it is listed on my file that it doesnt apply because it was an issue with my thermostat, when the technician never once said that was the cause of the air conditioner freezing up. Beyond the worst customer service. They will try anything to get out of what they promise, and ignore you when you try to make it right. My assumption would be their reviews are based on people who have received basic services without issues, and when there are issues, this is where they are deceitful and try to blame the customer.

  We selected Action Furnac to install our new air conditioner after hearing a good review of this company from our niece. ************ was very professional when he came to our home to do the quote explaining everything concerning his recommendation for an A/C unit and Action Furnace's guarantee for customer ****************************. Their team handled everything concerning the instalation including the cleanup and paperwork. Shortly after the A/C system was installed, we experienced a problem with cooling air spilling into our furnace room due to a patch plate that was used to cover a hole that another company had cut in order to do a duct cleaning had become unattached. This was quickly addressed with a visit by ****** and during his visit he did an inspection of our furnace system that was installed in **** noting that its blower motor was leaking oil recommending replacement. We concur with the report he produced and he was here the following day for the install. Overall, we have been very impressed with the friendly and professional team from Action Furnace during their visits to our home. We also appreciated the prompt action in correcting the electrical inspection report that was connected to our A/C instalation. Would recommend this company to friends and family.

  the ***** did a super duper job at my home cleaned floors tied wires up in furnace as i asked nothing but pros on this job i will call you guys again for my a/c or furnace hopefully in 25 years if they last that long lol! also will tell other people 5 stars ***************

  We've been Action Furnace ************** members for years, we decided to pay the monthly membership for priority service, annual furnace inspection, and duct cleaning. Our first inspection and cleaning was nice and smooth. At our one last fall the service man kept trying to upsell ** on more services, we gave in and paid extra to have our dryer vent cleaned, but he put his gear in the wrong duct and damaged our oven vent fan, thankfully it was an easy repair so I forgot about it.Fast forward to now and we booked to get a quote from Action Furnace for a new AC system. The sales man who came to our home immediately started selling us a story about needing to buy the more expensive units and their minimum price is $7000+ for the more efficient new systems. We got several quotes from other providers that all came in at $1000-1500 less for the same quality/efficiency AC unit and similar warranty. The sales man said those are the prices and not to waste his time.As loyal customers we thought they would provide some value and better customer service compared to anyone else, unfortunately that's not the case. To top that all off they decided to increase their monthly membership fees, which we already started to think wasn't worth the price, so we cancelled our membership and got an AC system from another provider.

  My wife and I purchased since 2021 2 furnaces, 2 AC units and a Hot Water Tank.Second AC unit and a HWT were purchased and installed recently. Two installers came right on time and were very friendly. ***************************** is a highly trained and skilled senior technician performed a state of art work inside our home, while **** did a great job outside. They didn't cut any corners, took their time to do the first class work. The company is very reliable and trustworthy. They stay behind every word and promise they have made to your complete satisfaction. We recommend Action Furnace to any family who wants to get a reliable and ************** (Furnace, or AC unit or HWT, etc.) for a reasonable market price with excellent warranty and a second to none service. ****** and ***************************

  We have had a furnace and AC purchase and installed and annually servic by Action Furnace. The service has been A1+ as have their employees. The service men and women have been very polite and knowledgeable, never leave a mess behind and make a good impression for Action Furnace.*** and *******************************
