    I was looking for a hottub all over and I came to World of Spas I have to say such an amazing experience and very professional and knowledgeable sales team. It was nice I didn't feel pressured and when I had questions they knew the answers. I highly recommend World of Spas

    World of spas is amazing. The whole sales process is straightforward. ***** thoroughly went through the agreement front to back and even came to my property to explain how the delivery would work. Before delivery he even went through a spa tutorial with me to make sure I was comfortable with this new spa. Absolutely amazing!!!

    I bought a challenger swim spa from ***** at World of Spas and I could not be happier with my purchase. I have never been in better shape after being able to use my Spa for workouts and relaxation. My next purchase from him will be an infrared sauna!

    This would be okay if they sold products that worked. Mine still doesn't and it has been almost a year.

    Hi ***, we always welcome feedback so thank you for leaving the review. When we came out for a service call almost a year ago we were able to resolve the issue with your tub tripping because of the how the extension cord being used wasn't suitable for the use and was in the snow. Fortunately the service tech was able to resolve the issue and provided solutions to avoid the same issue moving forward. Our service department is more than happy to assist you with any current issues you are having. There has been multiple calls to you that go straight to voicemail as well as text messages to you with the contact number for our service manager. Please contact our store at your earliest convenience or reply to the messages from our service manager so we can get a service call scheduled for you.Looking forward to getting you back to enjoying your tub!

    I had a wonderful experience with World of Spas. Their sales staff (*****) was amazing and we felt that he was listening to our needs vs just selling us something we didn't want. We even had a warranty issue and the team was great to deal with... it was fixed within a week and have had no issues with our hot tub since. Great product and great team! From what I hear, there is new management and ownership... so the old reviews here do not reflect the business from my experience. Thanks world of spas team!

    I went in On Sunday, April 14, 2024 with my son to look at possibly purchasing a hot tub after a good hour sales pitch. I mentioned to my son that I wasnt sure I was willing to purchase at the time. At this time salesman had mentioned to me that I could put a deposit down on the product and take possession at a later date. Mentioned to me If I wanted to cancel the order, he would need 6 to 8 weeks notice before cancelling. Not at any point in the conversation, did he ever mention to me that if I put a deposit down that it would be completely utterly nonrefundable. He tried to get me to put a deposit of 50% I wasnt comfortable with that large. I ended up putting a deposit of $4600 on the hot tub. Still at no point that he ever tell me that my monies were not refundable. On Monday, a situation had come up that I was going to be needing those funds so I had made a decision that I would cancel the order. I sent the sales rep an email letting him know that I was cancelling the order and wish to receive my deposit back Contacted me 18th of April telling me that the money is nonrefundable and theres nothing I can do about it. This act in my eyes is ********. You should not be able to do business like this. I would never in my life put a deposit down. I was not able to have the money returned if I had cancelled the order. This was never indicated to me. I assumed that if I chose to cancel the order, the monies will be returned. Unfortunately, theyre telling me this is not the case. I need your help to get my money back. As this is a ******** act not indicating their policies. I would suggest you strongly NOT do business with a company that commits a Crooked act of misleading business practice.

    They upsell garbage spas and have awful warranty and parts service. Good luck trying to get a call back!!!!

    This place is the absolute worst! Buyer beware. They have been avoiding dealing with my repeated requests to return my hot tub lid. When I purchased a new hot tub in Oct 2022, I bought the same model Id had for the last 12 years and had recently replaced the lid in July of 2022. When they brought ** the new tub, they hauled away the old one and also my lid. *** asked 6 times now about returning my lid since Oct 2022 and Today, May 17, 2023 they have finally said , it was damaged and so they threw it out. I have pictures of the undamaged lid being loaded on their truck. These guys are an absolute nightmare. ****** the service manager is evasive and doesnt respond to VM or text messages for days on end.
