    Ordered 3 magazines in March of 2023. Of the three, received only 2 issues of the first two magazines and 0 of the 3rd. 3 emails, one written and mailed, 3 calls and no response. DO NOT order

    Placed an order on Nov 19th of 2022 for a People magazine subscription for my mother as a Christmas present. Was told 8 weeks was the average wait time. Was then told my mother would receive her first issue on MARCH 27th of 2023, 5 MONTHS after the order was placed. I've demanded my money back several times over the last few weeks and have heard nothing from the company. They are a ripoff. Avoid at all costs.

    got a Peoples subscription for my wife's Birthday , we got 5 issues after 3 months Then told it would be only Digital. I lost $15o for what was to be print version. Dont ever deal with them No refund or explanation, no response to our communications

    I went on line to order a ****** Magazine from Magsconnect. I never received the magazine. I did this on July 1`5, 2022 and the cost was $152.97. The amount was taken out of my account. I have emailed the company 3 times, and I have written a letter with no response to any of these requests. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Extremely poor business contacts. I don't know how you stay in business. ***** *********
