    Hi subscribed to Magsconnect for quite a few magazine subscriptions for a year for the cost of $***. That was in January and I have since received only two different magazines. This seems to be quite the ****!

    We have contacted the publisher regarding the following magazines, and they have advised us of the following regarding these subscriptions:

    *********** (Ref # ********): Publisher shows the customers subscription started with the April ** issue. They are reshipping the June and July 2024 issues and have extended for the rest. New expiry is the May 2025 issue. Please allow *** weeks to receive the reshipped issues.

    ********** (Ref# ********): Start date is the May/June issue which should have arrived by May 29th. The next issue is the July/Aug issue with should arrive by July 29th. Publisher has extended the subscription by 1 issue and the new expiry is the May/June 2025 issue. Account number is **********.

    We are still waiting on a status update from Animal ***************** and will share details with you once we get more information.


    Please note all publishers have their own shipping schedules and some are slower than others.

    My issue is with MagsConnect. I purchased a *************** subscription with them Feb **, 2023. I received my first copy of the magazine on May **, 2023. The magazine has been very sporadic in arriving - missing copies. I called/emailed MagsConnect a number of times and there was no response. Can't believe the customer service of this company - a company that is happy to take your money for a subscription ($******) and then proceed to not answer your inquiries re: missing copies etc. This past January I wrote a review on this site re: 7 issues that I had not received between December 2023 and the end of January ****. These do not include the many that are missing prior. MagsConnect reached out to me with this email:We have applied a partial refund for the following subscription, as you have indicated there have been missing copies:Reference #MagazineDelivered ToDateRefund Amount ***************************** *** ******************** I have since sent them further emails re: will this amount be put back on my initial credit card used for payment. No word back (surprise, surprise). Unbelievable. I have received no copies of my *************** since then. Where are they? I believe they still owe me a number of copies that will run till May ****. And where is my refund?????As I continue to miss issues, I would appreciate an additional refund per magazine missed. Once my contract is done, so is my time with MagsConnect!!!

    I have repeatedly sent complaints to MagsConnect (see attached) via their customer service email address including many online complaint request for which I do not have a copy off.  They are not sending me regular weekly magazines.  I have paid $*** for a year subscription to both People Magazine as well as US magazine.  Paid a lot of money for this and they are not sending me the relevant copies.  
    I have made on online file review and the company responded that they will extend the subscription (see attached response).  I am not looking for an extension to subscription as I don’t trust they will fulfill the contract.  I have asked for a FULL ReFUND - both with the online review, emails to the company and now through BBB.

    In order to resolve this issue - I would like a FULL REFUND.  This is money taken from customers for their own pockets and I quite resent that.  
    Nothing less - FULL REFUND in order to resolve this.  Again, I repeat.
    It is distressful to know that I have paid a lot of money, made many attempts at getting this resolved with no responses to any of my emails with the exception when I filed an online review complaint.  
    NOTE:  I will have to send the relevant copies to you in separate emails as it is too large to send all at once.  Please be on the lookout for the attachments.  
    Also NOTE:  You have not given me a File No. so I’m not sure how you will gather all my attachments to refer too.
    ALSO NOTE:  Since the last attachment email to the company I have yet to receive November ** issue or US.  December **** issue of US.

    I ordered a 1-year subscription (6 issues) to MAD Magazine as a gift for my nephew through MagsConnect and since then have received terrible customer service and no magazines (I ordered December *, 2022, no magazines yet). When I had received no issues by *****, I contacted them and after some time they assured me they would contact the publisher. They did not, I had to bug them a few more times and then finally they said in AUGUST of this year that there was a problem with fulfillment and that my order would have to be refulfilled (whatever that means). I asked if they could give me an estimation of when I could expect the issues to arrive and received a generic response, no information. That was beginning of August and still nothing, no explanation of when these magazines would arrive. They have no contact info on their site besides email (their phone goes to voicemail), and have not given me info for the publisher. In frustration I did some research and located the American distributor, Midtown Comics who were very helpful and showed me that my original order had never been placed but that there had been an order placed in August, which was due to arrive in December sometime. What I ALSO discovered when speaking to Midtown is that MagsConnect has charged me almost DOUBLE what I would have paid if I went directly through Midtown Comics (and yes I did account for the US/CAD exchange rate).I would like one of two things to happen: 1) MagsConnect to fully refund my money IMMEDIATELY and cancel the subscription or 2) They keep my original payment, send the 6 missing issue in one shot and not resubscribe going forward.     I was going to accept the business response of cancelling my order and getting a refund, but as of yet I have not received a refund. They said they've refunded me but there is not credit to any of my bank accounts or credit card I used for the purchase. I won't consider this matter closed util I actually get my money back.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Although they have said that they have refunded my money and cancelled the subscription (which I would be happy with), I have not received any money, and when I tried to renew directly with Midtown Comics they confirmed that my subscription has not been cancelled. Once MasConnect actually follow through with what they say then I will be happy to consider the matter resolved, until then no!

    I placed the order end of December 2022. I paid over $*** for a yearlong subscription to J-** and **** and **** for my kids. We waited months, checking the mailbox every day. Neither magazine had arrived and now its May 2023. I messaged them to complain. Suddenly I receive one magazine, even though I told them I want to cancel. I told them it has been 5 months, without any magazines, and this is terrible customer service. They gave me excuses saying it was the publisher that was supposed to send them. This has been a huge waste of money, I keep trying to cancel and no one responds. I just want my money back. Terrible service, terrible customer service.

    I ordered a magazine subscription for my mother for ********* 2022. It is now the end of April 2023 and my mother still hasn't received any of her subscriptions. I logged into the magsconnect website to view my subscription and found everything was in order, except the expected delivery date of the first issue had passed. I emailed their customer support, but got no response after 2 weeks. I just now called their customer service number, and was disappointed to find that there is no way to talk to an actual person, just leave a name and message and 'hope' they call back. Very disappointed in this level of service. I just want to know when my Mother will receive what has already been paid for. TEA TIME Magazine Reference #: ********

    I signed up for 1 year of ********************** After considerable delay (2-3 months) I finally received it in the mail in Nov 2022. I received Dec and one in Jan 2023(It think for 2 months) nut that was the LAST.I repeatedly emailed Magsconnect and got no response. I only received 3 (three) of 10 (ten) and I want my remaining magazines. I want people to know not to sign up with these people as this is apparently not the first time they did this run-around to customers. Please help me get my mags! ??Thx *** PS please either get my mags or refund my money(credit card)
