      A big thank you to ****** and True North Mortgage! Having to renew our mortgage in todays market, with the higher interest rates was taking a lot of time comparing different rates, options and offers. From the first contact with True North, ****** took the time to clearly explain the different options, secured a good rate (by today's standards), and helped us through each step along the way.

      ********** from the True North Mortgage in ******* downtown was amazing to work with. **************** is very professional, knowledgeable and knows his products in and out. He explained all available options for our mortgage renewal and showed us different scenarios, answered all questions and commented on my notes I had about the mortgage document/ terms and conditions (and I had a lot of questions!). On top of it, he worked with his head office to add a revision/ paragraph to our mortgage document. I learned a lot from **** about mortgage related matters and processes. He always followed up and kept me updated on the progress of our renewal. I am very impressed by **** and so thankful I had the opportunity to work with him. The customer service provided by **** was more than I ever expected. I highly recommend to work with **** for your mortgage solutions.

      As a first time home buyer the process of getting a mortgage was daunting. ***** was incredibly knowledgeable, reassuring and extremely timely in his responses. Any time I sent an email he was so quick to respond and always provided what I was looking for same day. Given how quickly you need to have your documents ready to secure approval once you make an offer, his timeliness and support was very much appreciated. He was available during the entire process from offer to closing and was an excellent resource. I would recommend True North Mortgage and ***** to anyone shopping around for a mortgage!
