      I've heard about True North from a friend but I also did my research. I quickly got a call back from Himalaya who is vey friendly and knowledgeable. He helped us with pre-approval process and I started looking for a house. I also went to banks and compared the rates but overall True North was quicker to deal with and put more time into finding better rates and providing better options rather than banks were more after making the profit and locking us with a rate while it was fluctuating.Overall, very satisfied dealing with True North and I'm happy they took me seriously from the beginning. Himalaya was very responsive and transparent and got us a better deal!

      My wife and I were recently on the **** for a new mortgage with the existing one's maturity day only a few weeks out. It was a scramble and in that process we met *******************, THINK Mortgage Specialist with True North Mortgage. Jheel was amazing. She was always available when we needed her, very patient with our million questions, and always polite and responsive. We appreciated the depth of her knowledge and, given that she was still in training, if there was an answer she needed to verify, she would typically turn it around in a matter of minutes.       I was in the market shopping for preapproval for a mortgage to purchase my first home. I submitted my application online through the True North portal in search of a good interest rate and preapproval. Within the next day, I received a telephone call and an email from *****************. During our conversation, she explained the process to me as well as what documents would be required. Being my first time attempting to obtain approval, I was a bit nervous about the process. I appreciated the fact that ***** made me feel comfortable and appreciated as well as going above and beyond.***** worked tirelessly on my application, whether it was after hours or on the weekend. Thank you very much for your hard work and for obtaining approval for my mortgage application.       ***************** was our agent . I called in to check the rates and ended up signing a 5 year term with ***************** , True North , ***** took time and asked questions and enquired about my situation and my requirements and have advised and worked towards a good deal . She doesnt miss any details and respond quickly and also arranged a professional home appraisal for us . I have been buying/selling houses since 10 years . With ***** it is not stressful. Its a sweet ride . I have personally learned a lot and though I was a tough customer ***** handled very patiently. Thank you *****************
