      First time buyer here. My time with True North Mortgage was excellent. ****** ****** was of great help during this entire process. He was very quick to respond, kept us up to speed on things, and overall made the process a smooth and seamless one. He was able to answer all my questions and did his best to serve all my needs. From the first day he answered my call at True North mortgage, he took my request seriously and got to work within a very timely manner. ******, you have really exceeded my expectations in going above and beyond. When things looked dim you stayed calm and calmed me down in the process and you never gave up - you reassured me that we are in this together and that I will have my home, not to worry.
