5 starsTrue North Mortgage, through the expertise of ****** ******, really helped us to overcome all hurdles while dealing with our renewal process. I highly recommend and guarantee you that them will help secure rates you would not even thought of. In my case, rates I was getting on my own were around the 4.8~5 ***** while ****** was able to secure an astounding 4.35. We could not have done it without him. ???????? ???? ????????????????????????: ???????????? ???????????? did not adequately explain the mortgage process or the specifics of the "special program" he enrolled me in. I was not made aware of the implications of this program, including the additional costs and CMHC fees, until it was too late. This lack of transparency is unacceptable and directly contradicts your claim of providing an "exceptional customer experience."
???????????????????? ??????????????????????: While you claim that the premium amount was provided in writing and signed by me, the reality is that I was not given a clear breakdown or explanation of these costs. Signing documents under pressure or without full understanding does not equate to informed consent. ???????????? ???????????? failed to ensure I fully understood the terms, which is a critical part of his role as a mortgage agent.
???????????? ?????????? : The so-called "special program" was presented as a solution, but it was never clearly explained that it would result in significantly higher costs. This feels like a deliberate omission to secure my agreement, and I consider it unethical.
?????????????????? ?????????????????? ???????????????? : Instead of addressing the misconduct of your employee, Madhur Sharma, your response seems focused on defending his actions and shifting blame. This is deeply disappointing. As a company, you should be holding your employees accountable for unethical practices, not protecting them.
I stand by my original review: ???????????? ???????????????? ?????? ??????????????????????, ?????? ???? ???????????????????? ???????? ???????? ?????????? ?????? ???????? ?????? ???????? ??????????????????????. I urge you to take accountability for the actions of your employees and ensure that such practices are not repeated with other customers. Until then, I cannot recommend True North or Madhur Sharma to anyone seeking a mortgage.

At True North, we are committed to providing an exceptional customer experience by offering competitive rates and superior mortgage products. Were so sorry that you feel this wasnt your experience.We have carefully reviewed your case and remained in communication with you throughout this process. Given this, we want to clarify that steps were indeed taken with respect to initially informing you about the program and later in addressing your *********** for the exact premium amount, it was provided in writing before you signed your mortgage commitment, on two separate occasions. It was sent to you electronically, which you reviewed, initialled, and signed by hand at the start of February 2024. Additionally, this information was presented again, in person, at your lawyers office 12 days later, where you reaffirmed your acknowledgment by initialling and signing. Both these signings allowed ample time for review before the mortgage closing date ten days ******** for the premium itself, as stated, we have no control, and this program exists to provide mortgages based on certain criteria that otherwise would not receive approval. Should you have further questions about the insurance status and premium, please feel free to contact Canada Guaranty directly.
