    I placed an order with Blondie Boutique on Sunday November 27th as they were having a black friday sale. Their online policy is 3-5 days for picking and 15 days for delivery however, I thought that since they were local to me (within AB), these timelines would be reduced. I was mistaken. The order was not picked for delivery until December 9th and then was held within ******** Customs and was not delivered until over one month later on December 28th. When I opened the package. There was only 1 of the 2 items I ordered and the product i did receive is not as described at all. Color is different, shape/size is different. I have reached out to the company but have been ghosted.

    I've ordered from them on November. 23rd and never received any updates on shipping. Followed up and they emailed back saying it was taking longer than usual to ship. Asked for a refund and I have never been able to get ahold of them again. They sent a tracking number that does not exist with ****** **** and again have not been able to get in contact with anyone from the business regarding my product or the shipping of it.

    I paid for a coat that was on back order **** weeks. I paid for it in full at the end of June and have tried to contact Blondie Boutique three times recently to: see when the order will be filled: cancel the order.: again check on shipment as I see that they are advertising that they have it in stock. I have not heard back from them for any of these inquiries. I believe that this business is a ****. I originally bought the jacket on June 20, 2022 Oder number *****. I paid $103.95 by PayPal Express Thank you very much for helping with this issue.     Hi there! Thank you for reaching out. First off, I would like to apologize for the delay on this item. We are quite backed up in sizes XS, S and XL at the moment but we are working closely with our manufacturer to get these shipped out as soon as possible. Second, I would like to apologize for the lack of communication you have received thus far. We are actually undergoing a bit of a staffing change which we believe will enable us to bring client care back up to the standard we thought we set. We are going to go ahead and issue a refund for your jacket. Thank you for your understanding.

    I placed an order on May 28 2022, today is Sept 7 2022. I have been waiting **** weeks.I have requested a refund several times for my order over email, because this is too long to wait for a simple blazer, its also out side of the 12 weeks mentioned in the "terms". I am being brushed off and spoken (written) down too. It is my belief that they do not even bother to look up my order when I reach out. They tell me that i should read the "terms". They are referring to having up to 12 weeks to receive the item, but i am outside that , which is why I believe they aren't looking into my refund request AT ALL, because if they did they would see their response only deems me correct and eligible for a full refund.I was told that they can give me a store credit, which is useless if the issue is that they don't produce the items they are selling.I still do not have the item I bought and as mentioned earlier, I've been waiting almost 15 weeks.order number *****

    As per our policy, explicitly stated on our website, we are unable to issue refunds until after the 12 week potential waiting period. We are quite backed up with our Live Jackets, and therefore these orders are taking longer than anticipated to ship out. This order hit the 12 week **** as of August 20. Refunds do require approval, which can take time. Our finance manager was on vacation for the last part of August, so this did take some time. We apologize for the lack of communication in that regard. This refund has been issued.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I am Now seeing an additional pending debit on my **** not a refund/credit.

    My inquiry of a refund was done after August 20/after the 12 week.  Until BBB was involved I was being denied a refund, Not being asked to wait until management returns from vacation. There are some omissions of the truth in the vendors response to my complaint.

    If the pending debit goes through then I will require to refund/credit. 
    This is a complete disrespect for a consumers/customers time and money

    Please see the ******** images showing that a refund has, in fact, been issued. Please also see an image with an email sent on Wednesday to the client with a personal apology from me for the delay. I understand that the client is frustrated that the refund didnt come immediately when requested. I am a human who is entitled to take time off work on occasion, and as I am the approving manager, this issue, unfortunately, had to wait until my return. Again, I apologize.

    Vendors apology says its for lack of communication which is not the issue.  Issue is what the vendor was communicating, until i got BBB involved.  what was being communicated was that i will not be receiving a refund and that I needed to go read the Terms.

    couldn't care less about vacation schedule at this point. its vendors responsibility to be ethical, respectful and honest.
