    This company is incredibly unprofessional and comes across as a **** with their parking ticket invoice system. How this company is allowed to operate is very questionable

    On December 14th I received a $70 ticket for parking in a free parking zone (when you register your plates). While I did admittedly forget to register my plates, I contacted Indigo Parking both via phone and e-mail to appeal (within two hours of getting the ticket). I received an auto response saying I would hear back within 48 hours. After no response, I called again three days later. No Response.The ticket said it must be paid within 10 days or the price would increase to $90. Of course, today, on the 10th day ... I received an e-mail saying I could pay the ticket, which was now reduced to $35 as a "ONE TIME COURTESY." To add further insult to injury, when trying to pay the parking notice:1. The payment link provided by Indigo in their e-mail reply to pay the ticket, didn't work. 2. There was no invoice attached to my Indigo account/ app for me to locate or pay.3. After entering in the notice manually, and trying to pay the ticket through the Indigo app there was another error and I was not able to pay as it recognized the ticket number but not the lot number the vehicle was parked in. 3. Trying to pay the ticket through their desktop website didn't work when entering the ticket number. It said there was no ticket with that number. FINALLY, I was able to locate and pay for the ticket through entering my licence plate on their desktop site. What a rig-a-ma-roll.Also, as a reminder, the parking lot in question offers: Free two hour parking (all vehicles must register) in our heated underground parkade or in surface parking stalls.However, when trying to register for parking this week when visiting these businesses, if you use the **** the company tries to charge you!! SO BEWARE! Use the little stand alone parking stations if you can. So very interesting ...... What an absolute SCAM this whole company appears to be. 0 stars. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

    I paid for parking with Indigo for a full day and still got a parking ticket. Nowhere in the email did it say which licence plate my parking was registered for. They have something called a "parking pass", but they don't explain clearly what it is. Anyway, I tried to clear this up with them that the parking had already been paid for, and they offered to drop the ticket down to $40...on top of the $25 I had already paid for. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Try to park elsewhere whenever possible.

    I registered my vehicle and still received a ticket. I have left several messages with no response and their online contact submission does not seem to work either. I also called head office which gave an English option, that was still in French. Looking to ensure this ticket is cancelled immediately.

    The worst customer service team I have ever experienced. To any users, please refrain from parking with Indigio.If you ever have an issue they will not be able to resolve and their customer service team keeps deflecting the problem. I needed my vehicle Saturday as the lot was closed and nobody was able to address it for quite some time.Park anywhere BUT indigio

    It's very hard to call their number. Had tried several times but always getting a "large volume of calls and longer than wait time" message. The automated message will tell you that there's a minimum of 24 hours for a call back but I first called them Friday (Mar. 17) and as of this writing (Mar. 23) still have not received a call back. It seems their customer service has a lot of backlog and may have manpower shortage.

    They take over mall and restaurant parking lots, dont put up clear notices you have to pay for parking, and no obvious machines to pay. Then fine you $70, they are there in minutes to fine you, this seems to be a strategy for them as it has happened before at a different resturant, if i would have known it was an indigo run lot, I wouldn't have gone to that ************* avoid indigo lots at all costs.
