      i am putting in this inquiry about what this company is trying to prove.my gas bills went from a monthly plan of 67 dollars to 177 dollars a month.i am aware rates went up but this is outragous. i am a senior on fixed income and these bills are out of this world.i tried to call them cannot get to talk to anybody and all the ******** you have to get thru to get anything thru to them .***** *** was a better company and can come back anytime.i am frustrated about the whole thing.want some answers at what they are doing to customers.to me they are a rip off company

      We were on the phone with there lawyers and their clearly in violation of enhancing our R&D without permission or consulting out company first they havent even offered us a payment plan yet and we are seeking lawyers and legal advice to get our business where it deserves to be!

      ********************************************************* I have been billed over $600 PER MONTH for 5 out of 7 months so far... OVER $3000.00 and it's not even July yet???? 1 PERSON... NO FURNACE... AND COLD SHOWERS!!! The old age response "but the estimated meter readings are just that... the actual readings, well these are the most accurate". OMG there is more ******** charges that change to whatever they feel like!!!!!1 - CUSTOMER CHARGE**********************2 - DELIVERY TO YOU CHARGE 3 - TRANSPORTATION TO ENBRIDGE CHARGE 4 - FEDERAL CARBON CHARGE 5 - GAS SUPPLY CHARGE ***NEXT IT WILL BE A ***6 - JUST BECAUSE WE CAN CHARGE nevermind the taxes on-top of taxes .... It is actual LUNACY. CLEARLY WE NOW SEE.... HOW THEY OPERATE WITH MARKET CAPITAL OVER $$$ ****** BILLION $$$WOW... soooo that's how they do it, ha.
