"Power Properties Management: A Disgrace to the Rental Industry" This company demonstrates a blatant disregard for tenant rights and basic human decency. I experienced unauthorized entry into my residence without proper notification, a gross violation of privacy and security. Furthermore, their communication and problem-solving skills are abysmal. Issues were consistently ignored or brushed aside, leaving me feeling unheard and disrespected. I strongly advise prospective tenants to steer clear of Power Properties Management. Their incompetence and lack of professionalism make them an unfit landlord. Note: This review is intended to be assertive and express strong disapproval. The Property Manager adhered to all property inspection protocols by emailing you a week prior, reaching out via phone call, and posting a physical notice on your door within the required notice period. Photographic proof of the posted notice has already been provided via email, but we are happy to resend it at your request.We take privacy and tenant rights very seriously. Given that all appropriate measures were followed, the claims in your review do not accurately reflect the situation. Completely negligent. They don't post vital property information and they don't answer calls or messages. Just a huge waste of time trying to deal with these deadbeats...Power Properties Ltd.

If I had more information I would respond. Very sorry that you had issues with us, but we were closed over the long weekend and that *** have been the reason for your frustration. Power properties does not look after their tenants. They are deceitful and do what they can to keep damage deposits. I have provided proof that the landlord was responsible for things and they still kept 1/2 of my damage deposit. ****** has horrible customer service and is very rude. Stay away from this company as they will rip you off as a tenant.Power Properties Ltd.

We are very sorry you feel this way **********, but we are required to follow the owner's instructions and in this case, there were many hidden damages that the owner reviewed and charged you for. I am also very sorry that you found me to be rude, I try very hard to maintain a professional relationship with all of our customers and clients.
