      When it came time to sell my House.I did not want to pay realtors called home options, They explained their process we negotiated a price and everything went as advertised very satisfied, would recommend them.

      We sold our rental property to MyHomeOptions. Initially, we had our qualms of not selling through the traditional way. When we read what MyHomeOptions offered, it seems too good to be true. But it was exactly what we wanted, to sell the property "as is". Their price offer was reasonable as well.Being a rental property, the house will never be in a "show" condition. The tenants work different shifts so we cannot tell them to be out of the place for a realtor showing. Also, the property needed some repairs, which we were not willing to do anymore. The whole process went so smoothly. ******* came to check the property, reconfirmed the offer, then remove all the conditions of the initial offer, same day. We have to give 3 months notice to our tenants. MyHomeOptions was gracious enough to wait for three months.We also avail of the services of their lawyers to save on legal fees. That went smoothly too.Thank you MyHomeOptions! We're glad we dealt with you.

      I have a medical condition that required immediate attention and residence move in a very short window.       Distressed residential property sale? As in I got no money and am in serious debt due to my own financial folly, then this write up is for you!My review is to long for the BBB, as their customer base must have the attention span of gnat, the whole review is available on Yelp and ****** Reviews They do have a 2.5% holdback, which took about 3 months to get, as to no ones surprise, there were delays due to dealings with the ****************. All in all the selling process was about as painless as possible. Deciding to sell was the painful part, that house has been in the family for 45 years, lots of fond memoriesI highly recommend MyHomeOptions Ltd.
