Excellent for Seniors or anyone who wants to sell their home hazzle free, pressure free with no public viewings, no repairs, no before and after move clean-up, no realtor's fees, no legal fees, no putting up on buyer's demands etc. Radovan of MyHome Options took care of everything and gave us a reasonable price for our home same as the **** ** ********* *********** His wife also patiently helped us find a new place. Radovan offered to give us a $10K advance to help us with moving expenses. We got the rest of our money smoothly on date agreed. Its a very good, honest deal that relieves us a lot of stress, more so when we're already in our seventies and both my husband & I have multiple health problems! More power and blessings to MyHome Options and Radovan!
