    We just had a new Daikin high efficiency furnace installed by JPS. The whole process was very professional. We are very satisfied customers. The technicians who installed the new furnace did an excellent job, and cleaned up super well after the install. The receptionists at JPS are very courteous and helpful. We are glad we chose JPS for our new furnace.

    We always have a great experience with JPS. We got our AC unit from them (which weve never had an issue with) and they maintain our furnace. As a gold member the discount is definitely worth it. Customer service is great, and they are quick to respond to issues. Technicians are always very thorough, professional and friendly to deal with. They are great with my dogs which is a bonus!

    We had JPS install a new furnace and air conditioner several years ago and they were a pleasure to work with. After we had our windows replaced and the house repainted our furnace stopped working in the middle of the night. JPS was there first thing the next morning and got it working again. Service tech was efficient, professional and friendly. Again, JPS was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing service or new installations. ************

    Our experience with JPS was wonderful....from the office personnel who helped ** get a quick appointment to the technician. The technician worked nonstop until he had figured out the problem and then quickly repaired our furnace. We highly recommend this company and will be using them for any future issues.Thank you, JPS!
