    I had Unic Roofing & Exteriors and ********** *********** team complete remove and replace the roofing on my house. The team did an excellent job with no concerns. A certificate outlining warranty was signed and given to us. Fast forward to April 2024. I notice a leak in the roof in front of my door and we decided to give ********** a call. Initially he was very sick and said he would come by and have a look. I waited the whole day waiting for him. No show or no call. I said maybe he got busy. Called him the next day and he promised that he would come on April 17th, great. April 17th rolls around and again a no show. I tried calling him multiple times and texting him no answer and no reply. I had my son do the same total crickets. May 3rd, 2024 and still no acknowledgement or reply. I would recommend going with someone else as there is no warranty (just a phony paper you sign and he signs) and customer service for this company is ZERO.

    Firstly, do not believe the positive feedback regarding this company. *********** or do however actually owns this company is a waste of skin. *********** was suppose to start my roof three weeks ago. Didnt happen, hes come by a few times to drop off what looks like a few singles from someone elses roof and his junky dangerous equipment thats broken and unsafe. He should up one day with a crack head girl who was in no shape to be on my roof. He doesnt have WCB. Everyday theres an excuse as to why he cant start. Flat tire, lost his phone, starter doesnt work, nonetheless he is lair. I would not recommend this joke of a company to anyone. Hes disgusting!!!

    In January 2022 we agreed our roof replacement and repair of siding and couple of facia. ********** replaced the roof and did some siding repairs but did not finish the siding and facia. Then he disappeared for about a month, after that he showed up at my door asking for payment. He seemed like a solid person and they did great job with the roof, so I paid him full amount for roof and siding and facia repairs. The he disappeared again and never showed up to finish the job. I called and texted him multiple times, however I still have a pile of materials sitting on my lawn and some broken siding and missing facia on the house
